Very friendly staff who were very helpful in terms of dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free). Restaurants do serve a limited menu for vegetarians, but the staff is extremely helpful esp during breakfast. Location is so-so, ci. 15-20minutes from centre of Gyeongju and its parcs. Close for expo and such. Very clean rooms, good size (junior suite).

Staff focused on the expensive rooms only. They didn't care other guests. Room was not clean. The worst Hilton I've ever stayed.

Staffs didn't care about us. I found hairs in my bed and bugs. The worst Hilton I've ever stayed. Never return to Hilton again.
