Not a four stars hotel.

The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30).

This small hotel was a nice discovery. It’s part of a sport club and connected to a very nice park. It was very close to the wedding venue we attended and easy to navigate to and from.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Well situated in the city. Only complaint we had was the air condition room was set to 25’ and we could not adjust it down. Probably could of gone down to reception and had it fixed but at 2am it seemed a little in poor taste. However enjoyed the overnight stay.

The service at hotel was well below standard. No aircondition so thwase temperature in the room was 25 degrees. The bathroom fan made a lot of noise but nothing else. Limited breakfast selection

Nice hotel, only one crazy thing: lightning was not enough. Everything looked like an old saloon with semmi dark inside. Room was nice, but also not enough light.

Har bott ett antal gånger på Golden Ball, men troligtvis sista gången. Rummen är fina, men var 40 grader varmt ute och ingen fungerande aircondition, trots påtalande blev det inte fixat. inte så lätt att sova när det är rena bastun i rummet. Frukosten är varierande.. dåligt med påfyllnad när det tar slut, man får säga till hela tiden, trots att det inte är så många gäster som äter. kan ju inte skylla på överbelastning precis. behövs en rejäl skärpning. Lite synd för annars ett fint hotell.
