Ideal for families and groups of 8–10, with easy access to golf, fishing, hiking, biking, skiing and off-road adventures. Close to Vail and Glenwood Springs.
THE HOME

Enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker and 4 Smart TVs. Streaming apps are available; guests use their own subscriptions.
The home also has a 2-car garage, driveway parking and Level 2 EV charging with ChargePoint and NACS/Tesla-compatible charging.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the spacious yard with two creeks. One flows year-round and the other is seasonal, typically flowing approximately April through October. The property also features two footbridges, a fire pit with seating, Weber grill and outdoor sitting area.
Up to 2 pets are welcome. The yard is not fully fenced.
GREAT GYPSUM LOCATION
Gypsum Creek Golf Course is only a 5 minute walk from the house, including convenient access to the clubhouse and practice facilities.
The area is great for fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, golf and OHV/4x4 recreation. Gypsum permits registered and insured OHVs on designated town streets for limited access to designated recreation areas, subject to local and Colorado regulations.

Eagle and Eagle County Regional Airport: 10–15 minutes
Glenwood Springs and hot springs: 30–40 minutes
Beaver Creek: 35–45 minutes
Vail: 45–55 minutes
SECURITY
Exterior video cameras include a Blink doorbell, driveway camera and side-yard camera monitoring the shed/equipment area. Audio recording is disabled. There are no cameras inside the home.
