Your perfect retreat awaits in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home located right on the Eagle River. Nestled on a private cul de sac street, with additional parking for a raft, or an ATV this home has it all. A fenced backyard, deck on the river side, walk out river access for fishing or paddle boarding and close proximity to 4x4 and OHV access awaits. About 35 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. We look forward to hosting you!

Wonderful stay!
We will definitely be staying here again in the future. This property is in a great location if traveling with kids. Located in a cul-de-sac that doesn't get much traffic. The kids could bike and play in the front without us worrying about cars. There are a few parks located within 5 minutes of the house. Vail is a 30 minute drive and there are a lot of beautiful hikes close by. The river in the backyard is the best part of this house. Open the windows at night to enjoy the sound of the river. 10 out of 10 rental!

We loved staying here! The space is top notch and in a great location between Vail/Beaver Creek and Glenwood Springs. We enjoyed Vail and Beaver Creek resorts as well as 4x4 access just a couple miles down the street and fly fishing right in the back yard! The river scene/easy fishing access is priceless. The local team was extremely responsive and great with local recommendations as well. The house was clean, well kept and stocked abundantly with the basics. Spot on. We will be back!
