"We booked two rooms a honeymoon suite for my wife and I and the triple suite for our three girls. Rooms are spacious beautiful and elegant. Food was was also excellent but I would consider it to be Asian fusion not just Vietnamese food. All of the excursions were fun. Ha long bay is an amazing place to cruise. Staff was very nice."

"This was one of my absolute favorite hotels Ive ever stayed at. The staff was beyond helpful but also not pushy. They had a quiet but comforting presence and treated their guests with great care. The rooms and grounds were spectacular, the food was great. Bavo FLC grand golf resort and spa we made a great choice staying with you!!"

"We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach"

"Excellent upmarket hotel, modern and sleek equipped with good amenities, located on top of steep road making it not ideal to walk around though, well presented reception staff but somewhat disorganised at the check-in hence in need of some improvement, all amenities very good, breakfast is a delightful buffet serving wide ranging menus appealing to every palate. Special thanks to Pattrick who extended valuable support to organise local travel, cruise bookings and airport transfers . Overall we had wonderful experience staying in this hotel."

"Lovely stay, rooms are very comfy and the staff are SUPER. My daughter lost her wallet in Halong bay, Police called the hotel and hotel staff Anh accompanied us until we got her wallet Absolutely amazing service!!!"

"Hotel and the staff was great. But they need to have more food choice. We was there 3 days. Eat same food. No fruits choice but watermelon. No snack or vegetables, salad or else. Although we was happy with the hotel"
