"Well, located right on the beach near the elevator, which was the biggest plus to this hotel. Otherwise, it was just fair. The hotel itself is a bit rundown and not well taken care of. The staff is of a lower level and not professional or responsive. I was given wrong directions to the room frustrating especially since I was lugging luggage with me. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to care Breakfast was good though. "

"Our suite was lovely, keep fresh and clean multiple times a day by Dennie who was always helpful. We had two full bathrooms but one was very open plan to the bedroom which was a bit unusual. Shay and Guy on reception were always very helpful and attentive and Meital great with our booking and check-out. The location is amazing, food at the buffet was really good with a huge selection, and immense breakfast buffet. We would recommend this hotel. We booked four rooms for a large party and the rooms varied widely from fantastic to undesirable so worth checking if the room is not good as these were changed for better room. Most of the hotel looks good but some parts have clearly fallen out of regular use or need an uplift. The pool and beach area is amazing with plenty of sunbeds, outside mattresses and shade. Water pressure in the showers was impressive and beds comfortable."

"I mentioned it was my birthday but there was absolutely no acknowledgment nothing. Also, in my opinion, the lounge is pointless for a one night stay; it’s only open from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM unlike at other hotels where it stays active until midnight. The same applies to the next dai t’s of no use. Regarding areas for improvement: instead of quiet or relaxing music, the TV was tuned to news channels (CNN and Fox) at volume."
