アーリーチェックインが有料で3千円近いのはいかがなものか。普通は部屋が用意できていれば無料でしょ。ましてや東京方面からくるスキー客のために更衣室も用意できないんだから、対応は不満。またスキー宿なのに乾燥室がないのも不満。 食事はおいしかったし、従業員の皆さんは親切でした。

安比をリーズナブルに楽しめました

以前、安比ホテル本館やタワーに宿泊した際、温泉施設への移動が面倒で今回はこちらを予約しました。 １に宿泊となり、お風呂へ行くまでの長い廊下はかなり寒かったですが、巡回バスの時間を気にせずに長湯を楽しめた点はやはり良かったです。 ゲレンデまでの移動は都度バンで個別対応して頂き、とても楽でしたが、戻る際は巡回バスを上手く使う方がストレスがないと感じました。頑張れば歩いて戻れる距離です。

建物内外の移動がやたらあるホテル

自分たちは露天風呂が魅力で温泉ホテルに泊まりました。スタッフの人次第ではあるものの接遇は価格相応で良い方だと思いました。ですが、端的にこの系列のホテルに泊まるなら安比グランドホテルタワーの方に泊まるべきと思います。 露天風呂は子供が喜んでいて十分満足でしたが、つららが温泉に落ちてきたり恐ろしかった。なによりもタオルが部屋備え付けの一人一枚のフェイスタオルとバスタオルしかないので、部屋でフェイスタオルを使ってしまうと温泉で使えない。大浴場や温泉にはタオルが備えられておらず、なおさら始末が悪い。ほとんどの方がタオル持たず濡れたままで着替える場所を下半身丸出しでウロウロするはめに。盗まれたりするからなのかもしれないけれど、タオル代くらい上乗せしてでもちゃんと整備するなり部屋に余分に設けるなりしてほしい。子供用のタオルが部屋に用意されていなかったのも残念過ぎる。そうそう、部屋のアメニティでコーヒーカップもなかったなぁ・・。 風呂よりも辛かったのは、毎朝と毎夕食が雪の中を5分以上歩かされて別の系列ホテルに行くという始末。バスが出てますよ‥と言っても混雑で来やしない。雪を楽しみながら高低差のある場所を歩き続けてくれた子供が救いだった。幼児連れにはつらいよ。。 朝食も夕食もビュッフェは今時に珍しく品数が少なく、割高に思えるホテルの食事だとしても、かなりわびしい食事に思えた。温泉ホテルの棟にあるレストランも貸し切りや臨時休業で使えないという・・。耐えかねてグランドホテル側に行ってみたところ、質も量も全然まし。何よりもグランドホテル並びにあるスキー場の食堂（プラザ？）がちゃんと作っているものばかりでおいしかったのが救い。 最もひどいのは、たばこの煙。 今時これが分煙？ってくらい。毎朝食に行かされた安比ヒル白樺の森かな？あのホテルはロビー階に食事する場所とタバコ部屋や売店があるのだけれど、ロビー中、フロア中タバコの煙とにおいで苦しかった。子供を連れてなんてとんでもない。地方の分煙意識、喫煙意識の低さに気が遠くなりました。二度と行きたくないホテルの一つ。 キッズ向けのスキー場は終わるのが午後4時と早いけれど、未就学児なら大人も一緒に十分楽しめる。 ウェアなどレンタルしたのですがスキー場入口は大行列で30分待ちも普通。でもグランドホテルのレンタルはガラガラすぐ借りられます。ここへ案内しないのはなんでだろう？同じ店のようなのに‥と思いました。 とまぁ、タオルと食事とタバコ以外は古めでもとても良いホテルに感じたのですが、子供と一緒に雪やスキーを楽しむなら、スキー場すぐ横のグランドホテルタワーに泊まるべきとおもいました。

スキー場への送迎などシャトルバス以外に温泉ホテル独自で車を出して送迎してくれたので、大変助かりました。１日目はこのシステムがよく分かってなかったので、詳しく説明して欲しかった。 喫煙所ご廊下の途中にあるので、匂いがとても気になった。

Room is pretty spacious and Onsen is great. Recommend to stay in Annex 3 which is closest to Onsen and shuttle bus.

Clean rooms, good food (the half-board plan is worth the money) and close to the slopes. Their staff has limited English ability - be prepared with a translator if you don't speak Japanese.
