The room was spotless clean and the staff were all very accommodating and easy to work with. The laundry room was simple to reach and easy to use. The parking was simple and easy to use. I would recommend this hotel any time to any one.

Very nice hotel like other Dormy Inns we have stayed in. Clean rooms, good onsens, all amenities we need. Staff were polite but, strangely, absolutely refused to make a call to a local restaurant for us to book a table (unfortunately we only have a data SIM in Japan so could not make phone calls). Overall we would still recommend this hotel.

The onsen at level 9th was very good, Many dining options are within walking distance. Room size is on small side typical of Japanese hotel chains. Parking is multi storey and automated, which means cannot drive in and out many times a day.

Great location near JR station and the drinking alleys. For a budget hotel it was nice. Clean, modern , comfortable bed and room, WiFi was 25 Mb/s. Fantastic rooftop onsen with indoor and outdoor baths with a view of the city. Massage chairs and quite a few complimentary snacks.

Very charming hotel in downtown Hachinohe. Walkable to the art museum, the JR line, and multiple dining options. If you like fruit, there is a fancy fruit parlor on the walk to the JR train. Staff is multi-lingual, attentive, and caring. The top floor amenities (popsicles, probiotics) were a big hit with our 12 year old.

Convivial atmosphere.

A small room but ergonomically designed to feel bigger. Little touches like a dessert treat in the fridge give a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent shower comfortable bed . Quiet room with a view of the horizon. Delightful stay. Providing an excellent breakfast. Doing everything right.

Such an amazing amd excellent hotel. All the facilities within the hotel was very clean, felt luxurious. The rooms were a nice size for 2 people. Onsen and sauna was a reward for long cold days. If you are able to stay awake, the free ramen is delicious. Very convenient to have laundry facilities on the property. After staying at this our hotel, we were very spoiled and other hotels we stayed at for the remainder of the trip was definitley a downgrade. We will visit again and look forward to staying at this beautiful hotel.

Dormy inn forever!

Everything about this hotel is great: free self serve laundry, pay dryers, very clean rooms with great bathrooms/showers and house cleaning, comfortable beds, you can get additional pillows to be more comfortable, onsen is very hot, late night ramen was tasty, leisure outfit provided is very comfy, communally available microwave, utensils. Provided welcome gift and water. Small fridge and kettle. Super location central to restaurants, convenience stores very close, safe area, complimentary coffee, juice, yakault and ice cream at different times. Staff was amazing-polite, outstandingly pleasant and always professional. One of the major bus stops fir the area is at the front. I'm a huge dormy inn fan. Highly highly recommend to anyone with an opportunity to stay at this hotel. I hope they don’t change. Such an incredibly favorable experience. Even the elevator was great and efficient.
