"Es un edificio sencillo pero bastante bonito, buenas instalaciones, es espacioso pero tal vez podrian equiparlo con mas cosas como alguna area de esparcimiento, un jardin, el gimnasio, un area de juegos de mesa, bar, aprovechar los espacios desperdiciados. Tambien sugeriria que las habitaciones tengan un pequeño closet para colgar la ropa y no solo un perchero, tambien seria bueno un mueble o mesa para poner la maleta"

"The place was at a perfect location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our water shut off for whatever reason and they immediately gave us another room without any issues. If your doing the Paramides highly recommend staying here."
"The parking lot is located 2 blocks away, not very convenient when it is raining. The rooms are nice and clean, and hotel common areas are well lit. Place is mostly empty on weekends, but busy during weekdays.
The restaurant staff is marvelous, very welcoming and attentive. Tip them well, they deserve it.

"This hotel is Beautiful, its right on the road to the Teotihuacan Pyramids! We took a taxi from the airport and walked our entire 3 day stay from the hotelto the complex. We're both seniors and the walk is very doable. The front desk young lady was a Gem ! She was so very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the employees were fabulous! We highly recommend this hotel "
