"Basic apartment, well situated in Talas, free parking and 24 hour reception. When we arrived, nothing of all the equipment metioned in the description was available but when we asked, they immediately provided everything (towels, toiletry, hairdryer, coffee and tea...). Wifi quality average: not working in the bedroom. Not enough powerpoints for charging battery. Apartment was not bad but could use some renovation. Very friendly and helpfull staff at reception!"

Very disappointing to come to the hotel very late in the evening after a long travel and then be informed that we could not stay at the hotel. They helped us to find another hotel. Friendly people, but in this case we could not rely on a booking made at hotels.com. We would appreciate a compensation. We ought to rely on hotels.com."

"It's the only one hotel in Hacilar ski area which is up to me, the best one/ very close to the lift. The windy weather is very often in this area that is why the lift is often closed and therefore you have to go to other slopes by taxi or by car as there is no any shuttle bus"
