Cabin in the Woods

Cabin for rent in Hackensack, Minnesota located on 3 acres about 5 minutes from Hackensack. Secluded, quiet and peaceful cabin with 3 bedrooms, 1-king, loft area has a queen bed, and private side room with a door with 2-twin. 2 full baths, full kitchen newly remodeled with an 8-foot breakfast bar that seats 8, covered front porch with solar lights that come on at dusk. ***PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT ON THE WATER**. But the area offers many lakes so bring your toys and go to the water. Plenty of space to park. We offer a 3-day minimum unless pre-arranged with owners and a 14-day maximum. Plenty of things to do in the area with proximity to Walker, Backus, Longville, Nisswa and many other smaller towns to see. We do have a no animal of any kind policy. If you wish to book, we are taking reservations for 2026 beginning January 1st for the last week in April through October, 1st week ending when we close the cabin for the season. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all dirty linens and towels and place in the laundry baskets provided that are located under the stairs and then place the baskets in front of the washer.
Please wash all of your dirty dishes and place them in the rack to dry. If you choose you can dry them and put them away. We do ask that you close all curtains in the windows prior to your departure.
If you are using the firepit please make sure that you put out all hot coals by pouring water on the coals prior to your departure. Take all garbage out to the can provided near the garage. Secure lid
