They were very thorough in their instructions so you understood what was expected of you as the guest. They also have a great knowledge of the area and their suggestions were all spot on. "Perfect location for our quick trip! The house was very and clean and cozy set in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need and check in and check out process was very easy. Also i was pleased to see a dog runner already on site at both the front and back of the house for our little pup.We made a couple of trips up to North Conway for shopping and dinner and we also explored some of the local hiking trails in the area. The local Tamworth farmer's market on Saturday's is definitely worth checking out as well. Plenty to do all within a 30-minute drive.We would definitely book again!"

"Beautiful!!!!! Exceeded expectations! Quaint cozy cabin in a gorgeous spot overlooking mountains and Tamworth center. Totally privacy. Nature all around, plus everything that a person would need as well. Will definitely come back....also great price for what you are getting...we were only a group of 3 but many more can fit. Wonderful!!"

"The house was a great fit for our family in terms of size. The closets were also a great size and fit our needs very well. We especially enjoyed the game room, open concept and high ceilings were very pretty. A safety concern we did want to mention was the railing. We had a toddler with us and the posts in the railings were wide enough that a small child could potentially fall. While we always watch our toddler closely this could pose a serious safety concern and something we feel should be addressed. There were also several areas where the overall upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance of the home could be improved. We noticed broken drawers, doors that wouldn’t close properly and other areas throughout the home that appeared to need attention. The “clean” towels had a mildew smell. This was unpleasant and had us questioning if they were properly washed and dried. The living room furniture was also in need of repair and there wasn’t enough seating to comfortably fit our group. Overall, the home had a lot of space and worked well for our family but we feel that addressing maintenance, cleanliness, furniture and safety concerns would greatly improve the experience for future guests."

"The house was comfortable and very clean, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, we felt that for a stay of several days, the house could be better equipped with some basic supplies and amenities.The kitchen only provides the absolute basics. While there are essential items such as pots and pans, it lacks many of the basic supplies that guests would normally expect to find when staying in a vacation rental, especially if they plan to cook during their stay. Guests should be prepared to bring or purchase virtually everything they may need for cooking.Additionally, towels were not provided, which was surprising considering the price of the accommodation. We believe that providing basic amenities such as towels and a better-equipped kitchen would make the stay much more comfortable and convenient for guests.Overall, the house itself was clean and comfortable, but the lack of basic supplies made the stay less convenient than we expected."

"The host was wonderful. We arrived to a comfortable house that was clean and stocked with everyday necessities. It had a roomy, open common area with plenty of activities for our group of nine between the pool table, dart board, hottub, etc. "
