Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort

"Faultless stay, big spacious room, beautiful terrace and huge beds. Staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming and were great with my children. The complimentary shuttle bus was a huge bonus and saved us a lot in taxi fares. They even took us to 711 out of hours etc which was a huge help and to the Big Buddha. Statues around pool could do with a little refresh / jet wash along with the parasols which had looked like they had not been opened in a long time. Although the hotel is situated around 10 minutes from Ao Nang, the shuttle was a bonus and there was lots nearby to do I.e elephants bathing, kayaking and boat trips. I would definitely come back to Cha Cha resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Not your typical hotel room, lots of wood and interesting decorations. All rooms are grouped around a mangrove. Nice mineral water swimming pool and cool restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. Entire staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"Stayed in a swim up room beside the adult pool for 1 week which was fantastic and gave easy access to main amenities in the hotel. Things we loved - the spa (treatments were amazing), the food and drinks at the pool bar (great choice and everything we tried was delicious), the quiet and easy going vibe around the pool with plenty of sun loungers for all. The shuttle into town is a great option, however it's really cheap to get a Grab and give yourself the flexibility of coming and going on your own schedule. Things that could be improved: Breakfast - not as good as we hoped with luke warm hot options, pre-cooked and re-warmed poached eggs. Best breakfast bits were the fruit selection and freshly made omelettes. Beach - the area directly in front of the hotel is clean and beautiful, but progress round the first bush to go for a walk and there's plastic and general rubbish washed up / dropped on shore. Such a shame in such a beautiful location. Good hotel with lovely staff but a little bit more attention to detail could make it great."

"The logisitic on our arrival ( taxi/boat/tuk tuk) was so well organised. As we arrived late, they offered us to order food, and complete the whole check in the following day so we could rest. We had a front view bungalow, absolutely stunning.This hotel is the clean,peacefull and the staff is so kind. Would definitely recommand."
