This spacious 120 m2 summer house was completely renovated in 2023/2024 and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There are four bedrooms and space for eight people.
The house offers modern amenities like underfloor heating in both the bathroom and one bedroom, and a cozy living room with TV and Chromecast. Outdoors, there’s a large terrace, with 40 m2 covered, and a lovely garden for play and relaxation.
As a bonus, the house features sustainable heating via an air-to-water heat pump and electricity from solar panels. On the farm, there’s a public 30 KW DC fast charger for electric cars, easily usable via the Monta app.
The area offers a child-friendly beach just 1 km away, perfect for relaxed days by the water. Nearby, you’ll also find a farm shop and wine shop with local products. Explore nature via the "Camino Haderslev Næs," which passes through the area.
