Das ist ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit dem Kamin kann man super das ganze Haus heizen. Die Lage ist durch den kleinen Wald super. Der Preis im Winter ist in Ordnung der Check in war problemlos. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Tolle Woche im Juni

Das Objekt ist super schön gelegen, es verfügt über eine tolle Terrasse mit einer Vielzahl an Sitzgelegenheiten. Neben an befindet sich eine Feuerstelle die man unbedingt mal nutzen sollte. Im inneren ist alles sauber und ordentlich gewesen. Insgesamt 3Schlafräume ein kleines gemütliches Bad und eine Küche die vollkommen ausreichend ist. Ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt liegt der herrliche Als Odde Strand der zum Spazieren einlädt. Wir werden definitiv genau dieses Objekt nochmals Buchen.

Erholung geht anders

Bei der Ankunft bemerkten wir, dass im Bereich der Terrasse viele Spinnweben war (obwohl am selben Tag gereinigt wurde). Das Haus war von innen sauber, die Räume kleiner als auf den Fotos. Zudem mussten wir feststellen, dass in 2 Zimmern Licht brannte und die Klimaanlage lief. Wir dachten "Nett. Ein warmes Haus bei Ankunft" da haben wir uns getäuscht, da wir im Nachgang hohe Kosten dadurch hatten. Ich versuchte am selben Tag und am Folgetag Novasol zu kontaktieren, jedoch wartet man vergeblich in der Warteschleife. Am zweiten Tag schrieb ich eine E-Mail mit den Infos und Fragen. Erst am dritten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes erhielt ich einen Anruf (den Anrufen konnte man kaum verstehen, da das Deutsch sehr schlecht war und auf englisch nicht kommuniziert wurde) der Anrufer sagte er wäre der Vermieter und teilte uns mit, dass wir die Stromkosten für das Licht und die Klimaanlage für den Tag nicht zahlen müssen. Als ich fragte wie wir mit dem Ofen heizen sollen, da kein Holz vorhanden war, teilte dieser uns mit das wir bitte selber Holz kaufen sollen und das wir die Heizung verwenden können, da diese nicht in die Stromkosten mit reingerechnet wird. Abgesehen davon, dass weder in der Anzeige noch sonst wo die Information mit dem Holz stand, haben wir das akzeptiert und uns wenigsten über die Aussage mit der Heizung gefreut. Tja... das war ein Fehler. Nach unserem Urlaub (der eine Woche andauerte) erhielten wir eine Stromrechnung von 81€. Das hat uns stutzig gemacht, da wir uns fast gar nicht im Haus aufgehalten haben. Als ich daraufhin Novasol (nach mehreren Anrufversuchen) endlich erreicht und die Situation geschildet hatte, wurde mir zusammengefasst plump gesagt "Sie haben die Kosten definitiv verursacht also zahlen Sie oder legen wie Widerspruch ein". Direkt nach dem Telefonat reichte ich Widerspruch ein und erklärte in der Mail alles, meine E-Mail, das Telefonat am 3. Tag und das Licht brannte und die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet war. Die Antwort darauf war, dass Sie keine Kenntnisse vom Licht in 2 Zimmern hatten und auch nichts von einer Klimaanlage wissen. Sie würden die Rechnung aus Kulanz anpassen. Die neue Rechnung lag bei 76€... ein schlechter Scherz. Bis heute haben wir mit Novasol Probleme. Hier geht es nicht um 81€ sondern den unterirdische Service, schlechte Kommunikation und die Art und Weise! Erholung direkt nach dem Urlaub bei 0. Hadsund ist empfehlenswert, aber tut euch einen Gefallen und nicht über Novasol buchen.
