Every time I needed assistance or recommendations for places nearby, they were consistently professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Their dedication to high standards of hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious and highly nutritious options, including fresh fruits, hot dishes, assorted drinks, and delightful desserts. The quality and selection exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect start to each day. Overall, Hotel Europe is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sarajevo. I had a wonderful experience and fully intend to stay there again during my upcoming visit."

"Great central location "

"Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). We ordered the Bruschetta. The menu described their unique way of preparing it: Eggplant, feta cheese, and a couple of other typical items on French Baguette. You know, probably one of the most recognizable menu items in the world. What arrived was thin white sliced bread—toasted—with what can only be described as wet cat food. I let the server know that not a single ingredient from the menu was on the plate. She told us that the kitchen was out of ALL of the ingredients for the Bruschetta. So what the geniuses in kitchen basically decided to do was blend together a bunch of stuff they DID have into a grey-colored slop and put it on toast and then actually serve it, imagining that their paying clientele were too stupid to notice or care. Unbelievable. I have let bad restaurant experiences go without complaining as many of us have, but this was so utterly lazy and so stupid that I do feel someone should lose a job. The server was gracious, and apologized. I think that she knew serving it was the wrong thing to do, but she was forced to do it. What they did to her was worse than what was done to us."

"It was lovely to be able to walk out the door and into the street with stalls and restaurants. 1 minute walks from the city hall bus stop from the airport. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Freshly prepared breakfast buffet. And fruit, tea and coffee available any time "
