Erst nach einem über 2 stündigen Telefonat mit der Hilfe Hotline, die trotz deutscher Sprachauswahl nur auf Englisch verfügbar war, wurde uns bestätigt, dass unsere Buchung storniert werden konnte und der Betrag erstattet werden würde. Das Ganze war eine Horror-Erfahrung."
