North Sea coast directly on the dike + natural beach

In our house on the dike there are a total of 5 apartments. The natural beach is within walking distance. Sandy beaches in Neßmersiel and Norddeich can be reached in a few minutes.
Our house has a large garden with seating, grill, lots of play equipment for our little guests, sun loungers, beach chair and a log cabin with table tennis.
Many excursion destinations can be reached in a few minutes, such as a seal breeding station, Waloseum, car museum, tea museum, Lütetsburger Schloßpark, Berum spa center, day trips to the East Frisian Islands, cutter trips, mudflat walks, storm-free indoor play house, surfing, ocean wave adventure pool and much more.
We ourselves live on a farm a kilometer away and our guests are welcome to be there in the afternoon when our cows are back from pasture to milk and feed the animals.

Schnuckelige kleine Unterkunft, ausreichend für 1 Person. Für 2 machbar wenn man sich sehr lieb hat ;) Alles da was man braucht. Allerdings war es sehr hellhörig, sowohl nebenan als auch von oben. Fahrrad konnte in einem kleinen Häuschen auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Parken mit PKW recht eng, wer zuerst kommt malt zuerst, aber auf dem Parkplatz zum Naturstrand kein Problem, unweit der Unterkunft. Zum Naturstrand gut 25 min zu Fuß. Sehr schöner Sonnenuntergang. Leider nur ein recht teures Restaurant in der Nähe, alles andere erst in Neßmersiel oder Norddeich/Norden … aber das weiß man wenn man sich vorher informiert :) Alles in Allem erholsame Tage , nochmal Danke an die Besitzer für die gute Kommunikation bei Fragen etc :)

Schöne Einzimmerunterkunft in abgelegener Lage. Man benötigt ein Auto oder Fahrrad um mobil zu sein, aber wenn dies einen nicht stört, kann man die Orte Dornumersiel und Norddeich gut erreichen. Man sollte damit rechnen, dass gelegentlich neu ankommende Gäste der Wohnungen an der Rückseite des Hauses versuchen reinzukommen, da es die erste Tür mit zu erkennender Schlüsselbox ist. Das Internet ist nur mittelmäßig, wenn überhaupt vorhanden.

Die Wohnung war ein Zimmer mit Bad und Küche aber so klein das wenn man am Tisch gesessen hat aufstehen musste wenn jemand zur Küchezeile wollte . Keine Handtuchhaken im Bad und W-lan bricht ab oder ist garnicht da . Wir wünschen allen die nachfolgend dort sind viel Nerverfutter mitzunehmen. Wir dort nicht mehr .

Nordsee 2023

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Frau Brüns. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein (max 2 Personen) aber sauber und wunderbar gelegen mit nur einem kleinen Gang zum sehr schönen Naturstrand. Auch die Sandstrände in Norddeich und Nessmersiel sind mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Tipp: eine Wattwanderung zur Insel Baltrum oder Norderney machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung man muss sich sehr mögen weil wenig Platz. Aber für Leute die viel unterwegs sind und nur zum Schlafen die Wohnung nutzen reicht es vollkommen. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einziges makel Stockflecken an der Badezimmerdecke und Ausfall des Internets wegen Bauarbeiten nebenan.

Sehr gene wieder.

Uns hat es in der Minnikrabbe sehr gut gefallen. Für eine Woche und 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wer nicht viel Platz braucht, dem können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Ich und mein Partner wollten spontan 3 Tage an die Nordsee 😊 Super Ansprechpartnerin. Alles was man braucht findet man in diesem schönen kleinen appartement. Für uns genau das richtige. Super schöne Lage! Einfach abschalten und Ruhe genießen und trotzdem in kurzer Zeit in der Stadt oder Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen. Gerne kommen wir wieder 😊

Toller Urlaub

Wir sind erfahrene Nordseeurlauber, waren aber noch nicht am Norddeich. Trotzdem waren wir wieder begeistert, besonders unsere Ferienwohnung war niedlich und Frau Bruns sehr nett.Wir wurden sowas von herzlich begrüßt. Trotz Corona konnten wir sehr viele Unternehmungen machen. Zum Abschied waren alle traurig. Gerne Wieder auch in dieser Region.

Gemütliches Apartment in idyllischer Lage.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem gemütlichen Apartment! Natürlich haben wir uns auch im Voraus die ein oder andere Bewertung hier durchgelesen und uns Gedanken gemacht, jedoch waren diese völlig unbegründet. Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen genau richtig, angenommen man nutzt dieses zum Schlafen, Duschen und Kochen und nicht um irgendwelche Ausdruckstänze darin zu praktizieren. Man hat genügend Platz um Reisetaschen abzustellen, Gepäck zu verstauen und nebenher auch noch in dem Apartment zu wohnen. Wer den Herd der kleinen aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile nicht nutzt, aus Angst, der Rauchmelder könnte los gehen, der ist leider selbst dran Schuld. Wir konnten beide Herdplatten ohne Probleme nutzen. Falls doch mal ein bisschen Qualm entstehen sollte, gibt es eine Tür und sogar 2 Fenster die man zur Not auch mal öffnen kann ;). Auch die Anreise verlief super reibungslos! Das einzige Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Im Innenhof des Grundstückes sind zwar Parkplätze, jedoch sind diese nicht unbedingt gut anzufahren. Parkmöglichkeit bietet sich jedoch im Näheren Umfeld. Wir können das schöne Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Eine Gefägniszelle ist größer.

Die Lage direkt am Deich ist optimal für Wanderungen. Das WIndrad in ein paar Hundert Metern Entfernung störte je nach Windlage kaum. Drumherum sieht es etwas "altmodisch" aus, aber ist schon in Ordnung, für die Ruine in dirkter Nachbarschaft kann der Vermieter ja nichts.. Leider war das "Zimmer" nicht nur wie beschrieben klein, winzig würde es besser treffen. In der Beschreibung steht unter Schlafzimmer 2, das 2. Bett hätte gar nicht mehr ins Zimmer gepaßt. Von daher waren wir beim Anblick der "Wohnung" schon recht erstaunt. Der ganze "Wohnraum" hatte wohl maximal(!!) 3*4 Meter, die vom Bett dominiert wurde. Den Tisch konnte man zum Glück zusammenklappen, ansonsten wäre gar keine Bewegung möglich gewesen, dazu eine "kleine" Küchenzeile, wobei direkt über der Kochplatte ein Feuermelder angebracht war und wir uns nicht getraut haben, da was zu kochen. Das Bad ist soweit ok. Auf den geschickt gemachten Fotos ist die WInzigkeit der "Wohnung" leider kaum zu erahnen. Wer dies als Paar als romantisch empfindet (wie in einer Bewertung geschieben) ... naja. Selbst für eine Person wäre es hier eng. Der Vermieter war freundlich, aber das hat den Raum der "Wohnung" auch nicht vergößert.
