Apartment 101, including our rich and varied breakfast buffet, is located on the 1st floor. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Constance and the Alps and watch spectacular sunsets.



We provide a lockable bicycle garage for cyclists, with charging facilities for e-bikes, free of charge. The vacation farm is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Lake Constance. Thanks to the adjacent vineyards, you are surrounded by greenery and can enjoy the beautiful view. There is also a free parking lot directly at the house.



1x towel change free of charge for weekly stays, further changes for a fee. Please do not take our towels with you when you leave the house (e.g. for swimming on the beach). A deposit of € 100.00 is payable in cash on arrival.
