"Clean room , friendly staff "

"It was really a staycation for our dad away from the threat of the super typhoon. We stayed in a suite room and it was just right. The staff in the hotel are accommodating and courteous, finding ways to meet our needs. He uses a wheel chair and the entryways, hallways are indeed proven for accessibility. He is usually picky about where he stays but he was quite happy. Just a note for improvement, the toilet and shower facilities do have handle bars for safety however, it would have been complete if there is provision of a shower bench or stool."

"The hotel is generally excellent. The rooms do vary but they are continually refurbishing their older rooms. The noise levels from traffic can sometimes filter into the rooms but the area is always active throughout the night. Th breakfast is good and has a good all round choice of food. The room was very clean. The only mini irritation is the supply of 3 in 1 coffee; if you don’t take sugar there is no alternative offered."

"Disappointed in dining options. Restaurants close by 5pm. And the one restaurant we went to was out of chicken, beef, vegetables. But the soup was good"

"The staff was excellent! The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The gym facilities although small but packed a punch by having every apparatus you would need to get a decent workout without being a large gym like Gold's gym or something!"
