"Very nice older motel in the heart of Steamboat Springs. Back deck had a great view of the river. It was only a 2 to 3 minute walk over to old town, Hot Springs. The room was clean, but dated. Bathroom facilities were clean, but very compact. Continental breakfast was basic, but tasty."

"This was a perfect weekday getaway to relax, take walks, and enjoy the food and shopping scene in downtown Steamboat Springs. We only had one full day to enjoy activities, so I will definitely book a bit of a longer trip next time but the staff was great. Holly gave us great hiking suggestions and cool places to check out, which we plan to come back and do! Very easy stay, and slept well!"

"Everything about this rental was perfect! Karin is an amazing host. The house was fully stocked, even with thoughtful extras like snacks and sunscreen. It was a perfect central location for our family to post up during the Run Rabbit Run race weekend. Hope to stay here again in the future!"

"Can't say enough good things about the Spruce Nest and our host Tom. Tom is a fantastic host with a great notebook with property instructions and information. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean. The new AC was a huge plus as it was fairly warm during our visit."

"The Disco Chalet was an awesome choice for our Steamboat adventure. Easy instructions and communication with the host on arrival. It really felt like a home with all the amenities you could need. The space was fun with ample places to lounge and relax inside, and a great back yard and porch to soak up the sun. The rooms are big, the beds and linens 10/10 and the bathrooms are very nice. You’re only a 10min walk to old town for all the restaurants and shopping you can handle with lots of access to hike and bike trails and activities as well. Would recommend for family and friends trips all year around, there is always something to do in the Boat!"
