I always had a great experience booking with Expedia the place was dirty the place horrible broken bed dirty sheets old and ripped towels and very old and small I got three different names of places and finally it’s was an apartment room at Leonardo plaza hotel in hiffa and the lady who own this ugly room kept me waiting for 4 hours to get my room and told me twice that I can cancel I would if and I checked few other hotels but they were sold out so I was stuck with this hotel with no choice I would like my money back if you want me to continue using your services many time in the past
