This is a really beautiful hotel. The lobby has huge windows looking out on the ocean and it was one of the more picturesque hotel lobbys that I have seen. We had an ocean-facing view on the top floor and the view was breathtaking. The room was lovely and modern and the hotel overall was quite clean. The dining room had a very large and tasty selection of food and the woman who ran it (maitre d?) was really friendly and helpful, treating everyone like family. My wife and I both got massages in the spa, and we both thought the spa was lovely and that the quality of the massages was among the best we had ever had. And the beach is right out the door and it was great.

Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service.

This hotel located directly at Haifa beach is really nice, wonderful view to the beach. Good service, amazing breakfast and good WiFi. The rooms are different, some are news some are little bit older. But all together I’ll book this hotel again. Minus points only for noisy trains directly besides the hotel, depending on which room you’ll get, this could be annoying. Also public facilities like pool and gym really need some renovation

We checked in, and after seeing the cleanliness of our rooms immediately checked out. The bathrooms in particular were unclean. (a visible tide mark around the bath, and soiled toilet paper stuck to the bottom of the toilet brush holder). The manager agreed that their housekeeping needed a serious review, and offered a full refund. The staff whom we came in contact with were polite and friendly, but overall the hotel looks tired and neglected and in need of a good makeover.

Nice stay

I arrived early, front desk found me a room though it was before check in time, for me to put my luggage. Room was clean, spacious and comfotable. I loved the warm pool! Breakfast was also very good

We had our wedding night at the hotel, so we got drinks, wine and robes from the hotel. The level of maintenance and the level of cleanliness are mediocre. The suite has many indulgences - smart TV, coffee maker, sun beds and more.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, checkin done fast and easy. What was disappointing is that the room was not properly cleaned - mirror, bathroom, window, even walls all were dirty though had signs that someone did clean them, just not good enough.

Rooms and location thumbs up-service can be better

The lobby was nice, despite the long queue (they did hand out popsicles to the kids though), but it caused a gathering that we wanted to prevent. Second, breakfast was a mess - only 1 egg-maker, and 1 coffee-maker, which again delayed the entire day because it all became longggg... the rooms were clean, good size. the fridge and TVs were quite old and didn't work perfectly, but bed is comfortable and clean, and shower was big and tidy.
