"Hotel cleanliness was great, Breakfast was very good with a huge choice, good mix between Japanese and Western food. Chance to practice with chopsticks if you wish. Bar was good with live music both night we attended The staff were absolutely great, several interactions with Mark and Nuyen, very nice people. Customer service throughout out stay could not have been better. Only concern is that the staff will have an uphill battle with maintaining the relatively new hotel, the design was great but the building materials were already showing sign of wear and tear. Have to pay for it in the initial build or as you go !"

"Staff was incredible. They accommodated my mom's gluten free needs even though we did not provide that info before we arrived. They worked very hard to modify each dish and was about to give my mom the experience of wonderful traditional Japanese food without the gluten. They were so friendly and helpful. This is a nice smaller town with lovely canals and I would stay at this hotel again. "
