Excellent Hotel with Spectacular View

We stayed for 3 nights. We loved everything that the hotel provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent services received as a genuine 5 Star Hotel internationally. Great location, amazing sea view and city skyline from our suite.We very much enjoyed the day and night view during our stay.

Beautiful property. Excellent staff. Even though there was a language barrier all the staff had translator apps so we could easily communicate. We had a beautiful view over the water and the light show was fantastic! Really lovely hotel

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, great buffet (consisting of Chinese favourites like dim sum, congee, yangtao and rice noodles. Also Western favourites like coffee, croissants, bacon, sausages and waffles. Rooms had bar fridges and Toto toilets with bidet. Complimentary water was provided. Also rooms had a USB charger and outlets compatible with North American plug. Nice amenities includedan Unheated pool, hot tubs (39c) and minutes walk from HCC building which had shops to buys coffee, drinks and if so desired, Burger King and Pizza Hut.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Das Personal war bis auf der Bar / Grill, (man hat uns am Eingang einfach stehen lassen), sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde sehr gut gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig, aber eher chinesisch ausgelegt, Europäer werden aber auch zufrieden gestellt.

best hotel in Hainan

My friends and I decided that this was our favorite hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and were given VIP services. The customer service here was top notch! The breakfast buffet had lots of western choices and an omelette bar. I am hoping I have an opportunity to go again.

great stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights before heading down to Sanya. The reception girl was really nice and upgraded us to the executive suite~~ amazing view and the suite was huuuuuge with even a Sauna room in it. The hotel was kept sparkling clean with modern decor. The room service menu can be a bit expensive but the taste was really good. Highly recommend and would stay again when I visit Haikou in the future.
