In the countryside, on the banks of the Salleron River, our cottage—which sleeps up to 12 people—awaits you. The buildings form a very spacious, grassy square courtyard in front of the house. A swimming pool and pool house at the back offer distant views of the countryside, along with swings. The pool can be heated in the spring and fall when outdoor temperatures permit. A terrace on the side of the house is perfect for outdoor dining. The space is vast, ideal for children. There is a covered area for storing bicycles. The property is certified as a “Gîte de Pêche.” Le Tout à la Fois consists of a studio certified as accessible for people with disabilities (PMR) that sleeps 2, and a large house that sleeps 10. You’ll feel right at home here. Perfectly suited for grandparents, children, and grandchildren who want to get together, or for families with a person with a disability. The studio features a kitchenette area and a sleeping area with a 160-cm bed and a TV. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and wheelchair-accessible toilet. The studio is connected to the large holiday home by a small wheelchair-accessible path. On the ground floor of the house, you enter the large kitchen that opens onto the open-concept living room. There is wheelchair-accessible entry and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on this level. On the ground floor: A large landing leads to a bedroom with a 160-bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet, followed by a second bedroom with two beds—one 160 and one 90—and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. On the second floor, a second large landing leads to two very cosy attic bedrooms with exposed beams. One has a 160-bed, while the other—which we call the “little dorm”—is furnished with three 90-beds. There is a shared bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor. Please note that, depending on wind conditions, there may be very occasional noise from stone-cutting operations at the Haims quarry. Heating is provided by a central pellet boiler.
