Cabin 1 Lynn View Lodge

The cabin comfortably fits a family of 4 with single width bunk bed and a full bed. The views are spectacular. The cabin is heated and has a bath with a shower. It has satellite high definition TV, DVD player, refrigerator, microwave and coffee-maker. The cabin has a private porch with deck furniture and a private patio with a gas grill and picnic table. Guests have free access to the lodge's internet and phone. Each cabin has a small patio with a picnic table and gas grill. Guests also have access to a private beach on the canal with fire pits and seating.

It was clean and spacious enough for me and my 3 kids. They had a blast playing in the Sitka forest behind the cabin and loved exploring the beach across the road. The bbq was very handy as Haines only has a few dinning options this late in the fall. The only thing that seemed weird was the complete lack of coat hangers or hooks of any kind in the cabin. Haines is a pretty rainy and cool place and there wasn't one hook or hanger to be found in the cabin.

No hot water

In the morning (8am) we reaslized there was no hot water, so we called and informed the owner. She said she'd tell the property manager who stays onsite. Two hours later it was time to leave and there was still no hot water.

I had fabulous time at this cosy getaway , best location ever close to the ferry station alao close to the downtown area It was an unforgettable experience to see the bears and their baby cubs in the wild Sincerely Connie

Great location

Beautiful location, room was clean just a little small ,the outside (porch,firepit) not so much. We enjoyed our stay overall, the beach was super nice and you have a view of it from your cabin.

Great cabin in Haines

Would recommend this spot 10/10, a quaint small cabin but with everything you need. Closer to town than I expected. Will stay again
