The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice.
I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.

This hotel has a good location in Ueno near Nakamise Market and Don Quixote and good local restaurants in neighborhoods. Also close to Ueno park and the Narita Express Ueno stop. The rooms are tight with a long thin hallway, and when you open the bathroom door you can't walk through the hallway, but the bathroom is clean and nice shower.

This hotel had a great vibe and really friendly staff. Extremely close to the train station which wasn't a noise issue at all. I really loved everything about staying there.

The location can not be better, you take a hot spring bath in open air with closly facing Mt Fuji, the experience is fantastic. The staff is super polite. The breakfast is good. Highly recommend.
