The view from the lounge was fantastic! I enjoyed watching the cruise ships docking. The property is close to the JR train station as well as being adjacent to the morning market. Loved having a washer in the room which was very convenient for my 6 day stay. It would have been more comfortable if they could clean the room and change the bed sheets at least once every three days which is standard practice instead of once every seven days which is too long.

This hotel is located right in the city center, close to everything, and only a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Having a washer and microwave in the room was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they were always happy to provide information and recommendations whenever I asked. I would definitely stay at Tokyu Stay again when traveling in Japan. It’s a great hotel chain with locations in many cities, which makes it a convenient and reliable choice for future trips.

This hotel is in a good location (walking distance from the train station and market). Everything was clean and as described. We were able to store our luggage since we arrived before check in. Nice perk that there's an ice cream shop in the lobby.

location is nearest from the seafood morning market just 1 second .Also nearby from the JR station walking 5 mins.The hot spring outside poor with full Harbour view and very romantic sunset view . Room size is more biggest more than other stay tokyu rooms.By the way,lounge basis at 17th floor wz free coffee and comfortable seats with full Harbour view. Highly recommend this hotel for all visitors used.

Definitely recommend this hotel! Planning to stay here again when visiting again. The Onsen is surreal at night especially if you get the side of the water & city. So lovely!! It’s also extremely close to the station & market(which you can get free meal tickets for!)😊😊
