　ゆったりと自宅にいる感覚で、落ち着いたステイのできるホテルです。個人的には、連泊以上の中長期滞在型の宿泊で、アクティビティーを積極的に楽しみたい方、ホテル内でゆっくりとくつろぎたい方、両方に向いていると感じております。 　全10部屋のホテルですので、チェックイン・チェックアウトも混雑することがありません。ホテルのスタッフも皆様大変に丁寧で、臨機応変にカスタマーの要望に対応していただけるので、ありがたい存在です。フロントカウンター横には、函館市内外の情報誌やマップ等が豊富に揃っておりますので、観光情報への対応も万全な印象を受けました。 　お食事は朝食のみいただきましたが、心のこもった、おいしい朝ごはんでした。連泊の方には、毎朝のメニュー内容が変わりますし、また食物アレルギーや苦手な食材についても対応してくださいました。 　函館滞在時の定宿として、またお世話になりたいです。

お部屋、スタッフさん共にとても良かったです。 部屋にはコーヒーが豆の状態で提供されており、自分で淹れることができて楽しめます。 備え付けのオーディオは真空管で、良い音で音楽を楽しむこともできます。 朝食もとても美味しく、一泊では足りませんでした。

Wish I could give staff and service an extra star! We had a personalized greeting and were welcomed with champagne. The room itself was fantastic, and the breakfast was top notch! As for the location, it is only a short walk to the Hakodate Ropeway, and other tourist areas along the waterfront, making it the perfect location. An excellent stay! <3

スタッフのサービスはとても丁寧でした。部屋も広くて、快適です。ただ坂にホテルがあるので、冬は出かけると足元が滑りやすく、注意が必要かもしれません。あと私の部屋からも、窓から函館山が見え、とても良いビューなのですが隣家が近く、風呂に窓があっても丸見えのように感じました。女性は気になるかもしれませんね。

とても静かでお部屋も広く清潔でした！ お台所にもう少し小さな取り皿を2枚ほど置いてあればなお良かったかと思います！ お掃除無しの優雅な別荘に滞在した気分でした！ 朝食も指定時間に合わせて炊き立てご飯で、函館ならではの食材の品でした。6階からの函館山の景色を楽しみながら美味しくいただきました！

宿泊するにあたり、ネットで検索した結果、 こちらのホテルを予約しました。 お部屋は贅沢な程広く、清潔に保たれており、 又、対応もとても礼儀の良い、気持ち良く 利用させて頂きました。 駐車場の利用料金が、無料だったのも印象が 良かったのですが、女性の方がメインに対応 されているからでしょうか、駐車場の草刈りが 行き届いていると、更に満足出来たと思います。

別荘のコンセプト通りのホテル

とても良いホテルでした。新しさはなくとも部屋は清潔で、設備も十分に整い快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、食器がもう少し多く、炊飯器などもあればキッチンが使いやすいだろうと思いました。また、化粧水などのアメニティが一回分しかありませんでしたが、夜と朝に使えるように二回分あれば手ぶらで伺えるだろうなと思い、そこが残念でした。

70歳と80歳の姉妹で　ゆくっりと　函館を楽しみたくて ホテルを選びました。予想どうり　静かな雰囲気で スタッフの姿も　必要な時に応じてくれて　我儘な客とは 思っていない私達には　とても過ごしやすかったです。 最後の日　空港バスの時間が　間違っていたんですが　それも 急いでない私たちには　ご愛敬でした。（去年の時刻表でした）
