Free soft serve ice cream and wonderful breakfast buffet with rice and fresh fish. Rooms were very spacious for Japan and comfortable. Staff very helpful and nice lounge area to relax in.
A little far away from the train station but can get there with a 20 minute bus ride.
The have free flow of coffee , ice cream and sparking wine. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was excellent.
They even helped me with my luggages
Will definitely return stay if I’m at Hakodate
We checked in at 8pm on Sep. 7th. The lady at the front desk had a piss poor attitude. There was no greeting or any sense of hospitality. Instead we got a glare like: what are you doing here? We asked for help to bring in the luggage and she pretended to not understand. Once we had everything but one luggage in then they dispensed a courier to bring in the last luggage - without any hospitality as well. I was carrying three luggage’s and the bell boy picked one up and walked off. Check in was equally horrible. At the end of it she didn’t even point us to the direction of our rooms. While this hotel is nice and clean and the person we spoke to on the phone was nice. The front desk lady should not work in hospitality.
