This was a wonderful place to stay. Nothing can beat a private balcony Onsen/hot tub with ocean views, and the hills as well. The breakfast buffet was outstanding as well.

Hotel itself was amazing but the surrounding area is not. Limited dining options in the area. Breakfast buffet was great! I loved our room with the private Onsen and its traditional tatami setting. The Onsen facing the ocean was calming. Highly recommended and I would come back to this hotel. Staff was very friendly, respectable and accommodating !

お部屋もとても綺麗でした。 客室露天風呂は海の眺めが綺麗なうえ、飛行機や海には船がみえ、風がとても気持ちよかったです。 スタッフさんもわからないことは丁寧に教えていただき、ありがとうございました。 朝食もヘルシーで野菜も沢山あり 海鮮も美味しくデザートも美味しくいただきました。 また旅行にいきたいと思います。

何もかも最高！！

スタッフの心配りが最高です。チェックインもセルフでスムーズでした。部屋は防音もされており、周りの音や周りを気にせず快適に過ごせました。朝食会場が広くて種類も豊富で本当に良い滞在でした。また行きたい!!

This is an amazing place to stay. My Wife and I stayed here when we visited Hakodate 2 years ago and we couldn’t wait to return. Every single member of the staff is kind, hard working, and helpful, they’re top notch all around. The room was very comfortable and the private onsen for our room was really relaxing. If you do a little walking there are also places to go to eat and even a great little brewery called Endeavour pretty close by. We can’t wait to stay here again the next time we’re in Hakodate.

Excellent onsen, good variety for both dinner and breakfast buffet. The only drawback for this hotel is far from the main tourist sites, not near train station but can be reached by bus.
