Beautiful stay, comfortable room, friendly staff. Location is excellent. Convenient walk or close train ride to major Tokyo spots, but off the main path so it is peaceful and quiet.

It is a good hotel, customer service is excellent, food is amazing, hot springs (both indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room and swimming pool are great. We will come back on our next trip to Tokyo.

We stayed at The Keio Plaza Premier Grand Hotel with Club Lounge Access. Check-in is on the top floor in the Lounge and was fast. The room was large and the lights and shades were adjustable via switches.
There was a large shower and bathroom with L'Occitane amenities. Toilet is separate from the shower area. We had a view of the Metropolitan Government Building and were able to see the nightly Light Show projected on the building. The hotel is within an easy walk to Shinjuku Station, tons of restaurants, shopping and the area seemed very safe. The pool was not crowded when we went swimming around 5 PM (it was in the shade at that point) but the water was warm. We loved breakfast and tea in the lounge.
