It is a miracle!
It’s a great place to stay with a group who likes to cook and watch surfing. The property manager was very helpful and there when we needed her. If you are looking for the lap of luxury, hit a resort. If you are looking for a super fun place to spend some time, this is it!

Great location! House quality not so much.
If you want to see surfing, there’s no better place to be. It’s also really close to restaurants and surf shops. The house itself is in pretty rough shape. The main bathroom sports pink and black checkered tiles, a black bath tub and toilet, and a black spray painted counter and sink. It looks like something you’d find at a bachelor pad built in the 80s. There’s a reason it’s not pictured. Every faucet in the house is corroding. The only shower has a glass door that felt like it was going to fall off the hinges every time we used it. Also, there is no kitchen table. The only place to sit a plate to eat was the counter or outdoor table. We had to move a side table to the nook area to awkwardly eat around. There are no loungers outside as is pictured. There were only 4 chairs in the entire house and they were outdoor. Most beds were pretty uncomfortable. And the living room furniture was falling apart. The washer and dryer were new and worked well. Only two burners on the stove worked and half the time they would not ignite, leaving us to worry about a fireball from too much gas. The dishwasher simply didn’t clean. There was no propane for the grill. The outdoor lights kept tripping the GFI. The neon sign caught fire when we plugged it in. In the end, our group of 5 dudes had a great time because we’re all really laid back and willing to deal with crappy situations, but we agreed we would never bring our wives to this house. The pictures really over sell this house.

The main bathroom is not included in the pictures for a reason. Wow it was the waiter bathroom that I have ever seen. Dark, moldy and pink. We stayed in November and still had it was very warm in the house. We had all windows and door open to try to cool it down but the nights were too hot and it was raining outside. The view and location is amazing. Right on the beach and plenty of privacy. The waves were too big to play in but being on a pipeline this is to be expected. I really wanted this to be the house we come back to but I was embarrassed to have booked it for our extended family to join us. We had a couple issues and messaged the host multiple times with no response. When we had a couple of mice that were not invited I messaged for some help but still no response. Ridiculous!! I would not recommend this property.

I booked this property a month prior to my arrival, however, I was not told the property wasn't available until my midnight arrival in Hawaii with my family. We were tired and had no where to stay. Imagine the surprise we experienced when there was someone at the property upon arrival and when we spoke to the property owner they were rude and acted as though we were at fault somehow for booking their listed property. I was yelled at while I remained calm asking for a refund so that I could leave and find somewhere to stay. Horrible experience, I would never book this property again or tell anyone about this property.

A Fabulous Beach Holiday
The Miracle House was the perfect beach house for our family to spend two weeks on the North Shore. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. There is direct access to one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in the world. It was amazing to sit on the verandah and watch the locals surf the waves. My sons and husband were all inspired and hired surfboards for the smaller days. The house, including kitchen and laundry, is very well equipped. There is a BBQ on the verandah. We had several evenings with dinner sitting on the verandah watching the sunset. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out. Foodland at Pupukea is a short drive for groceries. There is also a bike track that runs from Pupukea past Ehukai Beach Park and a bus service that comes very half hour. Nicole was very helpful answering any questions we might have. We recommend The Miracle House and would love to return one day.

Fantastic location
You can't get a better location than this if you like the beach and the waves. The house is as described (not in perfect condition), but there is plenty of room, the view is tremendous, and the beach amazing. Families will appreciate that there is a lifeguard shack very close by.

Good place on the North Shore
We came in for a wedding on the North Shore and had my whole family there along with my baby. It's hard to find big enough places for all of us, so this place was a win just because of it's size. Overall, the place was very good. There are just a few notes that I wish were on the listing. It didn't diminish our stay, I just like having all the info beforehand and figure others would too. First, there is no AC. There is one window unit, but it doesn't work. We were prepared for that and it was pretty warm while we were there (mid to high 80s in the daytime and mid 70s at night), but the breeze did take the edge off as did numerous house fans. The house does cool down a few hours after sunset, but late afternoon preparing for dinner nobody wanted to be inside. Second, we pretty much came for the deck and it was worth it. The view is incredible and the beach actually wasn't too bad to swim in for experienced ocean swimmers (we were there in the summer without the big waves). Third, there were two traditional rooms with a queen or king sized bed, one with two twins, at least one sofa bed, a loft bed, and a king bed attached to the great room. There was actually one more room than we saw in the pictures, so that was nice. Fourth, folks weren't lying about the bathrooms. The 80s one is old and weird, but again, we knew that going in. The shower in that room was retrofitted in a high tub, so it was awkward to get in and out of and splashed everywhere. Most everyone wanted to use the other bathroom. Fifth, the fridge did break while we were there. The host was super responsive and the property manager came by the next day to fix it. Burners were a little on the rough edge on the stove, so if you plan to cook be prepared on that front. Sixth, while the front entrance doors locked, we couldn't really lock the back screen door nor most of the windows. That being said, we wanted to keep it all open for the breeze and never once felt unsafe, even leaving our belongings there with stuff open. Overall, we were happy with the place, sad to leave the beautiful view, but also happy to get back to AC in the hot afternoons. Compared to the price per person at other places though (our friends at Turtle Bay were spending several hundred more per night), this was worth it.

This house def sleeps 13-15 people comfortably with their own beds, Location is as described right on pipeline beach. However what isnt mentioned, is that porch is falling apart with termite wood and there is NO AC. We all had such a miserable time there during the hours of 9am-6pm. Even with 5 fans running all day, the house was unbearably hot. We were all dripping sweat. Even after jumping in the water. You would think you could hang on the porch all day, but it is just too hot. And after you shower, you are just sweating again. The breeze isnt great. I cant recommend if you want to be at a comfortable temperature, Beds and house were nice and clean. and Property manager was very accomodating. Wouldnt stay here again

While the location of this property is great, the actual house leaves a lot to be desired. It has been neglected. The Master Bath was moldy and had cockroaches. The kitchen was functional but every night got ants all over the stove & counters. There was not enough seating to eat and the deck was a safety hazard. Needs some major TLC

Location is A+ if you love the beach. Just be careful as the beach right in-front of the house has a very powerful shore surf that can break your neck if there are any waves. Lots of great places around. House is "C" at best - lots of wear and tear.

Miracle Location, Miracle if anything works
The owner makes an attempt to warn guests that the home is an "Older Beach Home". That part is accurate, and I am perfectly fine with an "Old home". This home is an Old home, but more accurately, a NEGLECTED HOME. There are things in reviews that are more than a year old that have not been attended to. I will not list the things that are wrong with this home, are far too many. Many things simply need to be replaced, or repaired. There are cushions and pillows that should have been repalces YEARS AGO. There is no CARE for this home that has the potential to be amazing if someone actually cared about it. I will mention that we had NO hot water for the first two nights, MANY things were broken or worn-out, coffee maker for TWO, not nearly enough: Glasses, linens, pillows (All tiny, old and horrible), the BBQ does NOT operate properly (We did not have gas until late the second day, and had communicated prior that the BBQ would be important for us). Were there for my mom's memorial service, we live in the Islands. We did enjoy ourselves because the location was so amazing. I do have to say that Management was responsive, and particularly Natasha really seemed to care. I am in the Vacation Management business, and I have never written a bad review in the 25 some years I have been traveling via VRBO. I know how devastating these reviews can be, but I just cannot let the next unsuspecting traveler fall victim to this blatant lack of care for this home and its guests. By the way, this is a three bedroom, NOT a six bedroom. They are counting the following as "rooms": 1) A very small sleeping area within a room, 2) Downstairs Den, 3) Upstairs Living Room. THIS HOME IS N O T AS ADVERTISED.

Beautiful property however over priced for condition of the home. Lots of hazards. I sent the following message to Owner with no response. Hi. I wanted to share a couple concerns we had. First we love the house and location however there are some serious issues with safety. The carpet in the bedroom next to living room rolls up on the ends and we all have Tripped over it so we used the tape you had in the drawer to lay it down. The lower cabinet next to the stairs in kitchen with the glasses in it fell off the hinge the first time we opened it which caused my 71 year old mother to fall back on the stair bruising her tail bone. We bought new screws and fixed it for you as well as a can opener since there didn't seem to be one here. The sliding glass door is extremely hard to open and the wood on the screen is rotted off causing it to come off track. The bedroom with the 2 beds door scrapes on the ground you have to pull up to open and the outlet by the wall with sliding widow sparked when we plugged in a charging cord so it should be looked at to prevent any fires.The lower bedroom door next to pink bathroom we have only been able to open once, it sticks so bad we thought it was locked, even tried moving the hook hanging on it. The other lower bedroom the TV doesn't have a remote so we were unable to get it to work. The pink bathroom toilet seat is cracked and is very uncomfortable to use,it pinches your bottom when you use it.And finally the freezer we turned up the 2nd day we were here and it just started to get cold so all the frozen food we got didn't freeze . We left a stroller you can have, we were unable to take with us, maybe someone else can use it. We we're also unable to find the blue recycling can you listed on the print out but we still separated trash.Like I said we do love the house but for the price I paid I feel it shouldn't have these issues so I wanted to give you a heads up before I post my review . Thank you

Best Loocation to watch Surfing!
Wow I cannot say enough good things about this property. Stunning views, the beds were SO comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed here with our wedding party right before our wedding, and it was THE perfect spot for everyone to meet up. I definitely hope to book again in the future!

You cannot beat this location--right on the pipeline. You can just stay put on the deck and be entertained for days. We saw whales, rainbows, geckos, a frog, boats, sunbathers, thousands of surfers and Santa clause. The property could use a days work of a handyman to fix minor electrical issues. Re hang towel rods, curtain rods and such but it is still worth every penny with those issues. We had a fabulous time there.

Family Enjoying Being Alive
This location and house were amazing! It rained considerably while we were there but was enjoyed by all. A few actually caught some waves. Our family had recently survived COVID and my sons friends (UofH students) had been put in individual isolation for 2 weeks and my husband and I wanted to give them a feeling of family when they were released. So we had home cooked meals including bbq steaks, shrimp from the nearby food trucks, etc and sat on the lanai, played games (trying to keep noise down), and watched waves, people and the beauty. Everyone, including parents from afar, thanked us for giving them the experience.. such a beautiful experience and memory!

LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
RENTERS BEWARE! The photos of this home are misleading. The owner claims there are some "small imperfections and quirks" associated with an older home. When in reality, the house is actually in DANGEROUS DISREPAIR, UNCLEAN and UNSAFE! We did not feel safe as there are no working smoke detectors in the home, wall sockets with no covers and electrical wires held together with electrical tape. Many of the LIGHTS IN THE HOME DO NOT WORK. Including the back porch lights. Where there are several rusted electrical wires hanging from the rafters, spanning the length of the porch. If you want light outside you must plug in a string of lights. There are BROKEN WINDOWS AND MIRRORS throughout. Most of the windows do not close or lock. There are several holes in the walls and the walls are just filthy. Window ledges are covered in thick, dirty, cob webs and have in the master bath widow sill there was a used q-tip swab. Furniture and carpets are extremely dirty. The OUTSIDE LANDSCAPING has been terribly neglected. At the entry, the planters are filled with debris and old rusted pipes. The outside trash can area was filled with the last renters trash. We had no choice but to pile our trash around the intended trash area. Then there is the PINK AND BLACK BATHROOM. UGH! Just terrible!! There is no ventilation, the floor tiles are cracked, it is moldy and the windows in the tub/shower are coming out of the window frames. I'm also pretty certain they are not tempered glass (which seems fairly dangerous in a shower). The tub is extremely slippery and difficult to get in and out of Also, the sink, counter top and windows have all been sprayed with black spray paint. There is a graffiti wall above the black toilet. The toilet tank cover is a piece of wood that does not fit. There is no holder for the roll of toilet paper. Another thing, there is NO KITCHEN TABLE as depicted in the photos. The kitchen is very poorly stocked with limited bowls and pans. The coffee maker is tiny. Not at all adequate for large groups. Yes, this home is in a great location, but the "creature comforts" and "charm" , the homeowner describes are diminished by shear neglect of the property. We have stayed in many, many lovely, older homes where care and cleanliness have been exhibited. So using "older beachfront home" as an excuse for absolute neglect is not okay. An old home is one thing, but this house needs some serious attention!

We loved our stay at the miracle house, very cute touches throughout, and you can’t beat the location. We have actually already booked it again for the future. Just needs a little love, some maintenance and repairs for safety reasons. The deck is rotting, and lifting in a few places. One bathroom (the pink/black one) wasn’t featured in the listing, and it could also use some love and brightening. Overall, beautiful home, and easy check in with great communication with cleaners. Great location. Loved hanging out in the backyard. As noted in description this is not a new house. Pictures are deceiving as the house is more run down then we thought. Most annoying things were two burners on stove didn’t work. Dryer needed to be run twice to dry clothes. No big deal. The reason we will never go back is the master bath is outdated and disgusting. It is not properly ventilated and as a result there is mildew all over you can clearly smell it when you walk in.

Nice location, spacious, no AC, swimming not for kids
Overall the property is a good size with multiple bedrooms. Beds are comfortable and most rooms have a ceiling fan. Only 2 bathrooms. No ventilation in the bathrooms and there were stains noted on the shower curtain as well as on some bedding. The house has no AC, so it can get hot during the day even with all of the windows open. We left windows open at night, which helps the overall temperature, but many windows and doors do not have screens. Deck is nice and spacious and has a great view of the ocean and sunrise/sunset. If you surf, this spot is perfect. If you do not surf and prefer to chill in the ocean or have young children, the tides are too aggressive in my opinion. Kitchen appliances are up to date with plenty of pans, dishwater, and utensils to use.

Surfer’s Paradise
My husband and I rented this house with some friends for our wedding week and could not have been happier that we did. It was exactly what we were looking for. The house is spacious and full of character. The living room and kitchen were very open, which made for a great atmosphere. The deck, which is quite large, sits right on the sand and directly in front of a super fun surf spot. We spent all day surfing and playing beach volleyball on the sand right in front of the house. The bedrooms were quiet and cool, except for the master bedroom off of the living room which was a bit hot since some of the windows wouldn’t open. But with the sliding doors in the living room open, the breeze helped. The person I communicated with on the App was very responsive and helpful, but the on-site property manager on the island was a little difficult to reach when we first arrived. As others have said, it’s a little confusing which property it is and how to check in, so there could be some better communication there. Overall, however, the house was exactly what we were hoping for, and all of our friends and family were so delighted with our stay there. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to be on the beach for a reasonable price!

Amazing views of surfing.
Even if you don't surf, getting to watch surfing from the living room or deck constantly is amazing. Parking is a bit of a pain, but completely worth it for the location. Not ideal for swimming however, as we found out with our kids, the waves are often too rough so keep that in mind.

This house is awesome and the location is incredible. Every day we woke up to watch surfers and photographers taking pictures of surfers. The location is unbeatable! The property manager was very responsive and brought us new fans when one of them wasn't working. This is a great house for a group looking for fun on the beach in Oahu!

The location of the house was better than we hoped for! For those looking to be on the sand on the North Shore (Pipeline and Ehukai), you won’t be disappointed! The house was good and handled our two families with multiple kids. But we were there for the surf, sand and views... It was perfect! We will definitely go back to this one.

I think the description of the property was spot on. The location was amazing. Surf was pounding which made for amazing surfing spectating. House is large and could accommodate 8 very easy, 10 if you’re family or close friends. We will definitely be back. Check in your was painless.

Great Hawaiian Style Beach House
We loved the house from the moment we walked through the door and out to the deck, which opens up to the ocean. The house has a wonderful Hawaiian vibe, with an open floor plan that allows you to see the ocean from several viewpoints. There was plenty of room for my family of five and my brother's family of five to relax and enjoy each other's company. The bedrooms and one bathroom were gorgeous and newly remodeled. The master bath needs a little help. I think everyone used the outside shower, which allows you to shower and watch the surf at the same time. The pictures are true to scale. We found the layout to be very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen and the outside grill. We cooked all our meals at the house and could have used a few more serving dishes along with foil and cellophane, but that is an easy fix. The deck is where we spent our days watching the amazing surf and evening eating and playing games. The house comes with nice beach chairs and we even had a bonfire on the beach under a full moon. We can’t wait until we can come back again. A Hui Hou!

Great Memories- Unforgettable
Excellent place, surfer paradise --a joy to behold even by non-surfer spectators. The stunning wide sandy beach is totally back. House is well appointed, family friendly, comfy and literally right on the beach with outstanding views. Great place for a holiday gathering. We would gladly return in a heartbeat. If you are not familiar with the location the water is for surfers -- really excellent surfers only -- when the swell is high and the pro's come out, as happens around Xmas time. We could only "safely-swim" with guard approval twice for a few hours over 8 days. No worries, more sheltered beaches are easily accessible , but they aren't Pipeline and the awesome surf and surfers just off the front porch. This property also features a hot water outdoor shower loved by all.

Overall we enjoyed this location & would definitely rent again. Great for families or a group of adults. Communication & check-in process could use some help. The place is very spacious & beautiful views. Perfect kitchen space, living space & nook to have the perfect gathering. It got very hot during the day (summertime) in the main part of the house....the lower level/back of the house was cooler.. but we spent majority of our time out on the lanai (patio) with the views & breeze anyway, so it ended up being fine & we had a good time...& it’s ok at night when it cools down to sleep.. there are some fans to use, but a couple of the fans weren’t working in the guest rooms. We left the slider doors open majority of the time, day & night to get the breeze. Those were kind of the only downfalls, but overall we had a great time!...everyone kept talking about how amazing it was, & asked for the link to the place so they could rent at another time, & we didn’t want to leave. The owner is the one that responds through the app, but she’s in a different time zone, so communication was difficult at times...but the property manager on island (Tosha) was very responsive when we arrived to the house & if we had any questions during our stay. Location was perfect & we look forward to staying there again!

Little confusing on which property it was but you can’t beat the view and the location. Make sure you keep the noise down for the neighbors!!!

Family memories of a life time!!
We came to celebrate my son graduating college at university of Hawaii! This was a graduation present for my son to be able to stay at this amazing house! Unfortunately, we could only stay for the weekend! We made great family memories at this Miracle House that we will never forget!
