Located in the quaint town of Stewiacke, touted as halfway between the north pole and equator, this former church has been been converted in to a beautiful open concept home where century charm meets modern style.
Entering the home, ones eyes are immediately drawn to the 28ft wood ceilings and two of the original stained glass windows, backlit with remote controlled accent lighting.
Tucked away up in the new loft addition, you'll find a large, yet cozy king size bed to ensure you'll have a comfortable sleep, and a chest of drawers offers plenty of space to organize your clothes during your stay. A large flat screen TV can be watched from the comfort of bed and a cozy nook with a couch is the perfect place to curl up and read a book.
This home has a beautiful sitting/living area, furnished with a comfortable couch that can also be used for additional sleep space, and a large flat screen TV with cable, android box and Netflix.
Where the altar once was, is now a spacious eat-in kitchen. Crisp, clean and modern, this kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Enjoy a tasty home cooked meal around the huge dining room table, or sip a quiet cup of coffee at the bistro set and watch the passersby through the window.
This home is entirely open concept, with the exception of the spacious bathroom. Looking much like a walkway to an outside entrance, this bathroom is brightly lit, has an elegant glass walk-in shower, washer, dryer, and ample counter space.
Outside is sure to please, as well as this property boasts a large 12 x 30 veranda that is seasonally furnished with plenty of comfortable seating space, a dining set and barbecue.
During your stay, you'll have the convenience of keyless entry, free WiFi and cable TV. Air conditioning for the hot summer days, and a wood stove for those chilly winter nights.
*Guest Access* Guests will have access to the main level of the home, including the veranda. Host is on-site in the lower part of the house. The door connecting the two floors is locked from both sides for the privacy of both host and guests.

Great stay at this unique property! We stayed here for two nights so we could raft down the shubenacadie river. The place is awesome. My kids loved exploring all the areas of the church!
Absolutely lovely place to stay! Jim (fantastic host) has kept the character of the Church, yet made it modern and comfortable. This was our second stay and we will be back next year.

We loved this unique and stunning renovated church with all its special touches and cozy spaces. It was perfectly clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed coffee on the veranda, reading in the belfry, sleeping in the comfy bed and discovering all the themed artistic touches. The smart features were cool too. We’d love to visit again.

We have never seen such a beautiful and extraordinary house like this. Jim did amazing with this church. We had a super warm welcome with the wood fire light up. Marge was a really great host. Thank you to both of you, we really enjoyed it! ☺️
The church is incredible, great host, probably the cleanest, most well equipped place I have ever stayed in. Jim, the host is friendly and welcoming. Easy check in. Great spot with a lovely park across the street. There’s a great little breakfast spot in the park with free coffee for the guests of the church. The park has the best looking community garden with neat, raised beds. We are Four senior family members and we throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thanks Jim!
Loved it! Homely, eccentric, a stunning conversion. We had a great time in this gorgeous space and it was the perfect family base from which to explore and a ‘home’ to return to. My son and I loved hearing an approaching train and sprinting down to the crossing to see them pass. 😆
Jim is delightfully passionate about his place and rightly so, look forward to coming back!
Easy check in very clean place and the pictures simply do not do it justice! Sky high ceilings and a very cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be booking again.

This property is fabulous: spacious, unique floor plan and decor, very clean, and incredibly well furnished kitchen and bath. Just wish we were here for an extended stay. Love love love it!!!
Wonderfully renovated property - modern with original features. Lots of seating areas and beautiful kitchen / dining area. Also has laundry and dishwasher in the suite. Friendly host on site.
The Trinity is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Jim's attention to detail is complete and to be able to stay in such a beautiful place that was all "dressed up" for the Holidays, made for a simply delightful weekend away!
