"The room we were supposed to stay in was great with a beautiful view. Easy access to the
beach
. There is no front desk so checking in was confusing. The hotel lost our reservation, so we spent most of our time there waiting to hear where they were going to move us each day. Ended up paying the same price for much lower accommodations. No apology. It really put a damper on our stay."
