Your nearest neighbour is the sister house to this one (The one we stayed at was called bushland, but ironstone is also available.) Bushland is actually in a better spot as it is situated by itself, whereas ironstone is located close to another house (within 10m) so if you are after seclusion I would pick...

"Lovely recently renovated place very close to the town centre, making walking pretty much anywhere, including several trail heads, a breeze. Place set up thoughtfully with more than the basics with over it feeling like a home away from home. We come to Halls Gap a bit and will look to use this place again where possible."

"Odor smell from under sink of kitchen. There was no wifi, no washer, no dryer, no soap and shampoo, and no hair dryer. We asked the owner, and she said those were not listed and hence not included. The list included laundry. Shouldn't the soap and shampoo be given as a basic without listing? I could not wash my hair as there is no hair dryer. The odor was getting worse every day. "
