Too small for family with small kids

The sofa bed was not comfortable. There were only 2 chairs for 4 people. water in bathroom was not warm enough. Globally not recommended for families with small kids

For the price, the experience is disappointing. The cabins are poorly maintained, and there are no lunch options available. It's unreasonable to open restaurants at 4 PM, leaving guests hungry until then. Additionally, there's no breakfast option, despite advertising it for 140 kr. This feels like misleading advertising and a gimmick.

Stugan fyllde sin funktion för 4 vuxna. Stor kyl och frys. Bra med toa och dusch i stugan. Diskmaskin, Micro, spis med ugn kaffebryggare bra utrustning även städ grejor. Tips städ personal behöver städa under bäddsoffan. Är man äldre är det svårt att komma åt där(gjorde så gått vi kunde). Efter många års campande är detta ett alternativ. Mvh Ulla-Britt

De skulle plutselig ha diverse tillegg for sengetøy og renhold. Det kom frem etter at jeg hadde betalt på forhånd. Så kom mer info i mail uten at jeg hadde sett det. Kunne da hatt sentrumshotell med alt inkl. Ble forbannet og reiste hjem. I.B. Sleip markedsføring av campingplass. Var på en lengre reise, men dro hjem til eget sengetøy. IB.

Bra läge. Lite slitet, både utemöbler och möblerna inomhus skulle behöva bytas ut. Trist att det var brännässlor precis vid den lilla gräsplätten vid stugan och att det inte fanns någon grill (stod att varje stuga skulle ha egen) Endast ett fönster i stugan gick att öppna, de andra satt som sten, stugorna behöver helt enkelt ses över. Vet inte om de skulle renovera butiken men den var helt tömd och det gick inte ens att köpa salt. Men utöver detta - fin camping med nära till stranden och bra lekplats för barn.

Bäddsoffans under all kritik, sängen buktade ordentligt på mitten och gnisslade rejält. Max en natt funkar. Överlag smuts på madrasserna och mkt smutsiga fönster. Bra läge, men dyrt/natt med tanke på standarden.

Ej nöjda i stugbyn

En enda stor fest i stugbyn bland ungdomar, dunkade rakt igenom stugan och barnen var rädda. mindre kul för en barnfamilj. Ingen hjälp från First Camp då regler säger att högtalare skall vara avstängda från kl 00.00 :( Ni kan förmodligen bättre med era trivselregler, kämpa på!

Öppettider i reception stämde inte alls: olika i bokning, på hemsida och via samtal. Bomnyckel funkade ej vid incheck- fick en arg man bakom mig som tyckte jag skulle flytta på mig fast han kört upp bakom och på andra sidan hade jag en husbil som skulle checka in. Han körde förbi det lilla utrymmet för att ta sig igenom bommen medan vi försökte lösa problemet i receptionen. Dåligt diskat och städat i stugan. Fick diska av det vi skulle använda. Wi-Fi funkade dåligt.

Smutsigt men en bra receptionist (Selma?)

Tyvärr var stugan allt för otrevlig. Smutsigt, hårig madrass i soffans dubbelsäng, råttfälla stod kvar. Ringde till First Camp och hamnade i Göteborg. En mycket osympatisk person (tjej) svarade och var inte till någon hjälp. Tack vare en förstående receptionist (på plats) blev vi tilldelade en annan "bättre" stuga. Tyvärr var även denna bäddsoffas madrass ner-kissad och full med chips. Samma receptionist skämdes och bad oss vänta i 10 minuter för att själv kontrollera nästa stuga. Hon tittade in i en och konstaterade att den också var undermålig och gick sedan till ytterligare 1 stuga. Denna städade hon innan hon lämnade den till oss. Den var ok men vi blev försenade till middagen vi var bjudna på och hann inte duscha eller byta om efter bilfärden från Sthlm. All heder till tjejen i receptionen. Hon skämdes verkligen och gjorde allt för att det skulle bli bra för oss. Som helhet var det ok. Vi sov, åt frukost och duschade i stugan. Mestadels var vi tillsammans med släkt och vänner som bor i Halmstad med omnejd. Noterbart är att den som svarade på samtalet vi ringde vid reklamationen av första stugan, saknade helt empati och förståelse. Det som "räddade ansiktet" åt First Camp var receptionisten på plats. All heder åt henne. Jag tror hon hette Selma, är inte helt säker.
