"Nothing went well. No check in staff for hours no one was around. The restaurant, bar and spa were all closed. Could only get food after 5pm"

"Check in was easy and the staff were helpful even when they don't speak english. Room was clean and bed was also comfy.
One of the rooms we booked had faulty aircon but staff went out of their way to repair. "
