"The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful and seemed to get along so well with each other. The place was super clean and well located to walk around sapa. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice! "
"mr. Dau was really helpfull. breakfast was good. my room definetly the besttt!!! i got the best view ever but sadly the first day it was cloudly so i cant ser the mountain. "
"A small, family-run hotel, very clean.
Everyone at the hotel was very service-oriented.
You can have your laundry done at the hotel, which was a great help."
"The property is clean. I'm not a big fan of hotel breakfasts, they're usually low quality bad food. But the included breakfast here is quality food, with both western and vietnamese food. "
"fantastic property with excellent staff ,
Food and accommodations. Had a wonderful herbal bath in the nice spa.
Beautiful views as well.
Definitely worth coming !"
"For the price it was decent. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Just keep in mind the rooms are small and the shower is just a shower head where the whole bathroom gets wet. Again, for the price, it's fine. "
"Location of the hotel is very nice . The room with mountains view is pretty good
The staff is warm and helpful
Special thanks to Dua who ensured that the guests get treated well ."
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent staff. Martin went way beyond expectations and was very helpful with suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Even after we left for Hanoi he contacted us to warn about possible heavy rain and flooding. I highly recommend this great hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel and rooms with views over the valley. Staff extremely polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do - the 15th floor lobby entrance makes it even more convenient vs the main entrance! "
"Amazing place, a little out town but very walkable into town, with an uphill trek back. Hotel has minibus service which is free and goes mainly hourly. Steve the GM is very hands on and approachable if there were a problem. The reception staff are super friendly and happy to give guidance. Rooms are spotless and have massive beds and decent bathroom with choice of shower style and also bath. The view is breathtaking and we would sit with a coffee outside after breakfast to take it in. This is a real gem of a place"
"That hotel, Hotel De La Couple, is super fancy and gorgeous. The staff there is really nice and helpful too. It's right in the heart of Sapa, so you can walk everywhere. The restaurant, Chic, has an awesome breakfast and dinner buffet. And the indoor pool? Seriously amazing. Okay, it's a bit more expensive than other places around, but for a 5-star hotel, it's actually not that bad. I'm totally staying there again for sure."
