"The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! I highly recommend this property!"

"One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. Really looking forward to our next visit! "

"Beautiful views, friendly staff, clean room and great amenities "

"Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company."

"Newly refurbished hotel- very chic, lots of beautiful marble. Great location, a short walk to the central square down a quiet street. Staff were very nice. Good breakfast choice including cooked to order options. Fantastic view from restaurant and sky bar (although just being completed when we visited). Overall I’d highly recommend."
