Lovers of the countryside, valleys, bodies of water and woods, you will be delighted at Lande du Pont. This cottage for 6 people nestled in the middle of meadows and at the foot of hiking trails - nearly 50 km of trails to explore on foot, by bike or even on horseback.

The beautiful room on the ground floor with its bay window from where you can observe the fauna of this preserved territory. Falling asleep to the cry of owls, waking up to the song of birds, going in search of frogs...that's all this lodge promises. The bathroom on the ground floor with its walk-in shower allows perfect accessibility, in the living room you can relax by the stove in front of the television.

Teleworking: the ground floor bedroom is equipped with a desk, with its Moricette armchair. Wifi is accessible throughout the gîte. An RJ45 cable is at your disposal.

In the summer, you will enjoy the jacuzzi on the terrace! (mid May - end of September).

Pastures available for your horses, with a paddock.
For your activities, between fishing, sport, water sports and culture, it's up to you to choose: Hambers 3km away, a fishing pond open from mid-March to the end of October, swin-golf and water activities at Gué de Selles, the garden aquatic center of Evron, the summer swimming pool in Bais (5km), the Gallo-Roman city of Jublains, Sainte Suzanne, a favorite village of the French, and the hills of Montaigü...

You may come across deer and roe deer in the neighboring meadows and forests... Enjoy your stay! Your accommodation includes: on the ground floor, a 27m² living room, 12m² fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, WC with independent sink.
Baby equipment in the cottage. Bathroom linen provided as well as sheets.
Television and wifi.
Wood provided free of charge for the fireplace.
“Camping car” electrical outlet at your disposal on the front of the gîte.
Electric heating: obligatory option from November to March: €8/day. To be taken upon reservation, or to be paid on site to the owners.
Cleaning is optional at €75 (compulsory for professionals).
Pets not accepted. On the ground floor, all the living rooms. The bedroom is very spacious, as is the shower room, with a walk-in shower. WC also on the ground floor.
