Great Stay!

Very nice apartments and comfortable facilities. Front desk also very helpful . Location is good too! We were 10 minutes away from the Centrum. Definitely recommend Adina Apartments.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Michel with our family. The location is perfect—quiet yet close to all major attractions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. New & modern w/ fantastic facilities and rooms.

Lovely! Very new and modern, with amazing facilities, very comfortable rooms with every amenity I could think of. Vastly exceeded my expectations. Would 100% stay here again. Easy walk to a number of Hamburg's main attractions. Wish I'd had more time there. The ONLY negative: On-site parking is available, but very expensive (40EUR/day).

Fantastic place to stay

Amazing stay, we had a long and awkward day, we went to wrong hotel, we booked the room incorrect and the key cards wouldn’t work. The FOH staff dealt with us superbly, thank you Sabrina and her colleague (apologies) …opened my eyes to the world of Adina. It’s the future… Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, easy parking, supermarket and places to eat nearby ….

Everything was very good. The Hotel staff was very friendly, our premium room excellent. Not far from Sankt Pauli and Landungsbruecken ca. 10-15 min walk. The Hamurg ,, Michel" church only 5 min. The 40€ for a parking place over night in the park house, it feels expensive. But so the car was safe. We were glad to booked in Hotel Adina.

Amiable and sweet staff. Rooms are spacy and clean, the area is quiet but walking distance to all the coolest neighborhoods (Karoviertel!). Unfortunately, the bar was closed when we arrived and the breakfast buffet is too small and lackluster for the price. Everything else is excellent though!

Overall it was a nice stay. However, the cleaning crew should clean around the shower stall more thoroughly. I could see the dirt unter the shower stall. For the price the breakfast lag the variety of fruit and pastries. Cloth drier did not work well. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice.

The kitchensuply was almost none-existing. The sofa-bed seemed fragile and made big noises when somebody turned. We were a little dissapointed with the room and the price of parking. But it was clean. Well placed. And quiet.

Check in was friendly and informative advising of us faculties available such as pool and bar. Our room was lovely perfectly clean and well proportioned with comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Turned out pool was not available as there was maintenance issues but this was not very clear to non German speaking guests and not advised in checkin. Also bar was unavailable not open and no explanation provided. Some staff were great others not so helpful. Poor compensation offered for the broken pool and closed bar. Shame as hotel was lovely otherwise.

Don’t stay here…

This was as close as a scam as it can be. When we booked the hotel we booked a hotel with a pool (sole reason for the choice). There was also a bar, allowing the adults of the family of 6, to have a drink without leaving the hotel. When we arrived pool was under renovation and bar was closed 2 of the 3 night we were there due to illness. The hotel did mention that pool was closed on their own website, but the hotel.com site didn’t clearly say anything about it. We didn’t check the hotel website. Never stay in rooms ending with ‘13’ - the rooms are squeezed into the too little space. Fortunately we were moved to a better room after first night. Rooms are a bit tired and with a funny smell. We asked for cleaning and towels change after two days, but it didn’t happen. “Third” bed in the room is terrible. It squeaks when you turn, and it is really not worthwhile for a nights sleep. The even tried to give ud just the sofa as bed in one of our rooms… Finally the breakfast is also quite tired. There were almost no refills and no service - and it was very expensive. We ate the two next days in the bakery just next to the hotel - half price and double quality. Parking is by the way 10 euro cheaper pr. night i hotel just 50 meters down the street… We will never return… On the positive note Hotels.Com gave us 15% discount due to the pool not open.
