Fint och skön varm pool

Bra läge, varm pool inne och ute! Rekommenderar att ta promenad till winterhude (norr) via mühlenkamp och Stadtpark. Har bott i Hamburg och detta område ligger fint, många gröna Aller mm :)

Poderia ser bom se houvesse supervisão

Atendimento PÉSSIMO no restaurante. As meninas muito mal humoradas, o tempo ttodo faltava alguma coisa no buffet, má vontade no atendimento...pareciam um monte de meninas de família nobre fazendo um favor de estar lá e que estavam lá obrigadas pelos pais. Dois rapazes que se alternavam com elas eram super gentis, em especial um com dois brincos brilhantes. O pessoal da recepção, por outro lado, era ótimo. No quarto a cortina estaba rasgada, assim como a poltrona roxa...não se espera isso de um hotel em bairro nobre e de 4 4 estrelas.

Schade, dass die Mitarbeitenden sich gar nicht um unser Anliegen gekümmert haben. Es wurde einfach ignoriert. Das Bett war wirklich schlimm. Wir konnten kaum schlafen 3 Nächte lang. Für das Geld erwarte ich Service und Komfort. Der Spa ist wirklich toll
