Enjoyed the room but....

The hotel staff spoke English and were extremely nice and the room was cleaned daily. They started renovations the week I was there and I'm really curious to see what improvements they make. My only complaint was there wasn't a minifridge or microwave in the room. I'm sure that is more of an American thing but it would have been nice to be able to keep drinks cold.

Nice and modern hotel. The room had enough space for 4 people (two extra bunkbeds very big). The neighborhood is quite. We didn't have breakfast there.

Very adequate and comfortable accommodations.

Overall good. Check-in was a bit of a struggle--we didn't reach the hotel until after 11pm and failed to call, so reception was closed and the automatic check-in kiosk refused to work for us. Fortunately a member of the hotel staff responded almost immediately when we called the help line, opened up reception, and found that another staff member had already checked us in, which is why we weren't able to. So while we gave the check-in experience 2 stars out of 5, we contributed to the issue, and the hotel staff reacted quickly to fix it. The breakfast was overpriced and didn't include a lot, but was adequate. The neighborhood wasn't great--even the staff warned us not to park our car on the street or to walk around at night. The hotel parking was free and had lots of available spots.

Wir waren für eine Nacht mit zwei Kindern in einem Vierbett-Familienzimmer. Im Vergleich zu Familienzimmern anderer B&B Hotels empfanden wir das Zimmer als sehr eng. Das Personal war okay. Besonders störend war die Klimaanlage: Sie war im Betrieb recht laut und die ausströmende Luft roch unangenehm. Deshalb habe ich mir die Wartungsaufkleber angesehen. Auf dem sichtbaren Aufkleber ist nach meinem Verständnis als letzter Wartungstermin August 2024 angegeben. Es gibt mehrere übereinandergeklebte Aufkleber. Natürlich kann ich nicht beurteilen, ob danach weitere Wartungen durchgeführt und nur intern dokumentiert wurden. Falls ja, wäre es sinnvoll, den sichtbaren Aufkleber ebenfalls zu aktualisieren. Zusammen mit Geruch und Geräusch hinterließ das bei uns keinen guten Eindruck. Fotos und ein Video habe ich dokumentiert. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich so, wie wir es aus anderen B&B Hotels kennen. Allerdings war es schwierig, einen Sitzplatz zu finden. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlten zudem Besteck und Schüsseln, sodass wir darauf warten mussten. Für eine Nacht zweckmäßig, insgesamt haben wir andere B&B Hotels jedoch deutlich angenehmer erlebt.
