I’ve stayed in this hotel 4’times, no more. Bathroom floods in every time (it’s not me), fellow travellers state the same issue. Staff are very very good. No issue with the staff, cleanly an owner problem:

The check-in process was too long. And then when we got to our room, we Americans were not familiar with the ‘key in the slot for full electrical services.’ It would have been more professional to have been told that before going to our room. Food was great!

Er was alleen een buffetvorm diner mogelijk. Dit is iets wat je niet snel verwacht bij deze kwaliteit hotel. De zwarte gangen waren daarnaast erg donker waardoor de kamernummers slecht te het Ken en waren.
