We arrived very late and the stuff was very rude. Not service minded at all. We asked if it was free to park on the street and only thing he said "why should I know?"

Rude staff, refused check-in on the grounds of no payment even though full payment had been made. Room not cleaned properly, toilet still dirty, shower had mould in it. Will not stay at this or any other Best Western again.

Everything was perfect except for the location! Be aware if you don't have a car. I paid a lot of money for the taxi. The nearer metro station is 30 minutes on a walk The hotel is very good and comfortable

What a nightmare stay! The entire place reeks of cigarette smoke. The staff were incredibly rude, hostile even. Also, check your bill, they tried to charge me for several additional services. The hotel maids kicked me out before checkout time, because they wanted to finish early. The area is a dangerous area. I would stay anywhere else, if I were to visit again. Even a cardboard box would be nicer than this place.

We checked in at 1 am, after our flight was delayed and driving 6 h . The night desk staff said “ we have no rooms for you since you arrived late,” I informed him that I had a reservation and room was prepaid. He laughed and said “ I was just joking!” This was unprofessional and inappropriate. He then said free breakfast is available from 6 to 10 am. When we check out , the front desk staff said breakfast is 19 euros. I informed her that I was told it was free. She said it’s not and would not waive the charges.

180€ für keine Leistung und einen Negativ Abend ausgegeben!!! Dieses Hotel akzeptiert keine Hunde ich habe das während der Buchung leider übersehen und direkt nach der Buchung das Hotel und Expedia kontaktiert. Leider war die Buchung Last Minute und nicht stornierbar war was ich an der reception erwähnt habe … leider ist mein Geld trotzdem ins Schwarze Loch gefallen. Ich besuche solche unternehmen eigentlich nicht aber die Lehre war es wert. Das Hotel ist weder kulant noch menschlich was für die besitzerfamilie spricht. Schade und unangenehm!!! Also lieber Geld woanders investieren hier ist es leider rausgeschmissenes Geld und dann noch für Restaurant und parken voll kassieren… es gibt ja Menschen die kriegen ihren Hals nicht voll bis zur Insolvenz…

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einige Tage in diesem Hotel zu verbringen, und es war rundum perfekt. Service: Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Zimmer: Modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Die Betten sind ein Traum, und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lage: Ideal gelegen – ruhig und direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Kulinarik: Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und von höchster Qualität. Auch das Restaurant bietet hervorragende Gerichte. Extras: Kostenloses WLAN, ein sehr großzügiger moderner Wellnessbereich und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten machen den Aufenthalt besonders. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung!
