I understand that these rooms are budget offers, however, what is offered shouldn't be so bad. The room is too small, and the bathroom has only a glass door, which gives no privacy. The room does not have a body mirror, a mini fridge, or a hair dryer. The floor has a carpet, and the curtains were off the track, it is really outdated. The staff was not friendly, only doing the procedure. The location is close to a bus stop and S-Bahn, however, it is very far away from the city center. Saving money staying at this hotel/hostel is definitely not worth it.

On arrival, my room was so dirty I had to clean it myself. After lunch, the restaurant closes, and the staff refuse to open the door to provide water. Instead, you’re told to drink bathroom tap water or purchase a 330 ml bottle for €2.90. Poor hygiene and poor guest care—would not recommend.

Im Bett fremde Haare. Auch HandtĂŒcher dreckig. FĂŒr das wenige Geld habe ich keine Luxusausstattung erwartet. Aber wenigstens Sauberkeit. Ich hab mich nicht getraut zu duschen, weil das Bad auch ziemlich dreckig war. Frage mich echt, ob da ĂŒberhaupt geputzt wurde.

Das Personal war sehr nett daran lag es keinesfalls. Auch der Parkplatz ist gĂŒnstig, und dass es kostenlose PlĂ€tze gibt, ist positiv. Allerdings ist die Tiefgarage sehr schlecht beleuchtet, sodass man sich besonders am Abend unwohl fĂŒhlen kann. Zudem sind die Automaten an der Einfahrt defekt, hĂ€ngen schief in der Einrichtung, Die Außenanlage des Hotels macht leider insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung; Bett und Schrank waren funktional, Das Badezimmer wirkte sehr veraltet und erinnerte eher an einen Stand aus den 1940er-Jahren. Der Preis war zwar grundsĂ€tzlich angemessen, aber dennoch kein SchnĂ€ppchen – vor allem aufgrund der großen Entfernung zur Stadt. Insgesamt empfinde ich das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis daher als eher zu hoch. Ich schĂ€tze unsere multikulturelle Gesellschaft sehr, dennoch fĂ€nde ich es hilfreich, wenn das Personal zumindest grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse hĂ€tte. Eine Mitarbeiterin sprach perfekt Deutsch, die anderen hingegen hauptsĂ€chlich Englisch. Die LautstĂ€rke im Hotel war in Ordnung, jedoch wirkte die Einrichtung insgesamt sehr einfach gehalten.

Gefallen hat mir einzig der Preis. In dem Zimmer war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, so dass ich dauerhaft das Fenster aufhatte, wenn ich dort war. Fleck auf dem Teppich, von dem man lieber nicht wissen möchte, was es ist. Kein Fernseher, kein Fön, nicht mal eine Fußmatte im Bad, so dass man, aufgrund des kurzen Duschvorhangs, im Nassen steht. Das Ă€ndert sich auch im Laufe des Tages nicht, da das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wird. Leider konnte ich mich so nicht wohlfĂŒhlen.

Bilder tĂ€uschen, Raum war sehr klein, keine Seife und kein Duschgel zur VerfĂŒgung im Bad. Aber da ĂŒber Expedia gebucht hat mir das Hotel alle meine anderen NĂ€chte sofort am nĂ€chsten Tag mit Hilfe Expedia zurĂŒckerstattet, das ging problemlos ohne GebĂŒhr vom Hotel.

Die Einrichtung ist nicht neu aber das Zimmer war sauber. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice, d.h. es wurde in den 3 Tagen weder MĂŒll entfernt, noch wurde gefragt, was fehlt, zB. Toilettenpapier. Das habe ich mir dann selbst von der Rezeption geholt. DafĂŒr sind die Preise bezahlbar und mittlerweile herrscht großer Andrang. Ich hĂ€tte gerne noch mal verlĂ€ngert aber war alles ausgebucht.

Es ist eine Mischung aus Hostel und Hotel. Kein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer (aber gute Internetanbindung). HandtĂŒcher bekommt man auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, Seife / Seifenspender gibt es auch nicht im Bad. An der Rezeption gibt es auch eine extra Preisliste was HandtĂŒcher / Seife kosten wĂŒrden. Wurde bei mir aber nicht berechnet. Vorteil: Kostenlose Tiefgarage, ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster
