Zimmer sieht zwar aus wie auf den Bildern ist aber schon sehr stark abgenutzt viele Schrammen und der allgemeine Eindruck war jetzt nicht so gut sowie vorher einen Stellplatz reserviert für die Tiefgarage und gefragt ob man das Auto schon vor der eigentlichen eincheck Zeit abstellen könnte was angeblich möglich wäre wenn der Platz schon frei ist Vorort hieß es dann das es erst beim eigentlichen einchecken gehen würde trotz das er frei war das kam durch den Parkplatz Mangel am Hotel sehr negativ da man jetzt doch mit dem Auto in die Stadt statt mit der Bahn musste und quasi doppelt bezahlt hat das fanden mein Frau und ich sehr schade da man ja auch für den Platz auch extra zahlt der allgemeine Eindruck des Zimmers war wie schon erwähnt sehr angegriffen Wasser in der Dusche bleibt stehen an den Dichtung der Fenster sieht es auch sehr rosig aus wobei man sagen muss das preis Leistung inordnung sind wenn die gewissen Mängel mit den Dichtung und der Dusche nicht wären da die Dusche gegen über vom Waschtisch ist und man da es nicht richtig weg fließt da zu wenig Gefälle in der Dusche verbaut wurde immer wenn man sich fertig machen will wieder im nassen bzw in einer Pfütze steht.

Very nice hotel

I had a very nice stay. Hotel is not big, rather boutique type. Room was very clean, decent size, with a nice view (of much bigger hotels nearby ;) ). Location is great - very close to metro station and close to shops/restaurants.

Stylish no frills hotel with comfortable rooms.

Very nice and stylish rooms, with plenty of space and very nice bath rooms. If all you need is a comfortable room, it's a perfect place. Anyone who knows hamburg knows that the hotel, like many other hotels is situated in a rather colorful neighbourhood, but it's at least situated on the quiet end of a rather raunchy street. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Alles in einem ein super Hotelzimmer. Ausreichend Platz, sowie Sauberkeit war gegeben. Sehr freundliches Personal! Allerdings hatten wir nur eine Nacht das Vergnügen. Aus diesem Grund können wir nur diese Aspekte bewerten.

Fin og billig hotel

Værelser er rene med gode seng. Beliggenheden er god med mulighed for at parkere gratis foran, hvis man er heldig at få en plads. Det vi savner er et lille køleskab til koldt vand og en safeboks til vores vigtige ting. Fjernsynsskærmet må gerne være lidt større. Et lille minus er at dørene smækker meget hårdt.

Stort og rent værelse

Dejligt stort og rent værelse til absolut rimelige penge. Dette skyldtes nok mest beliggenheden, da det ligger ca. 40 min. fra havneområdet. Dette var vi dog bevidste om ved booking. Hotellet ligger i et område, som primært er af anden etnisk herkomst. Derudover kan der på nogle steder mod centrum opleves typer af lidt mere suspekt karakter samt hjemløse.

Super hotel, die Lage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aufgrund von strassenstrich und seltsamen Gestalten aber dafuer ist man auch zentral am Hauptbahnhof und ist schnell überall in anderen Bereichen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser TV ging nicht und am nächsten Tag haben wir ein anderes Gerät erhalten. Die Dusche ist etwas schlecht konstruiert. Das Wasser läuft schlecht ab. Daher wurde eine 15 cm hohe Scheibe als Trennung angebracht. Ist gefährlich da man leicht stolpern kann. Neben dem Bett war kein Platz, man musste vom Fußende aus einsteigen. Für Gäste mit körperlichen Beschweden könnte das ein Problem darstellen. Ansonsten ist die Lage in der Nähe der Außenalster jedoch wirklich super und für den Preis ist die Unterkunft auch in Ordnung! Es gab gratis Wasser und ein kleines Frühstück auf die Hand umsonst (bei der Buchung war eigentlich kein Frühstück dabei). Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Die Lage ist super, in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man U-Bahn, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Begrüßung war freundlich jedoch kurz und knapp. Bei der Abreise sind die Reinigungskräfte leider ohne zu klopfen ins Zimmer gekommen (zum Check Out hatten wir noch zeit). Obwohl die Reinigungskräfte uns in der Tür direkt gegenüber standen wurde sich nicht entschuldigt. Der Check-Out war kühl und kurz - wir wurden auch nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war / der Aufenthalt angnehm war. Zur Parkplatzsituation: die Tiefgarage ist klein - nur 3 Parkplätze, wir hatten mit einem Kombi Schwierigkeiten den Parkplatz überhaupt zu erreichen. Eineb Parkplatz an der Straße zu bekommen: aussichtslos! Alles in allem: für eine Nacht und den Preis in Ordnung, allerdings mit Luft nach oben.

This is a small and narrow hotel with contemporary styling. The room was clean and in great order. The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. I'd love to stay here again!

Saubere ruhige Unterkunft in Hbf Nähe

Neues Haus. Zimmer und Bad sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Rezeption bis 22 Uhr besetzt, danach öffnet man die Tür mit einem Zahlencode. Pro Stockwerk meistens vier Zimmet, zwei links und zwei rechts vom Fahrstuhl, jeweils hinter einer Zwischentür pro zwei Zimmer. Türen sind sehr laut wenn der Nachbar die Tür einfach ins Schloss fallen lässt. Wasser zur Begrüßung war auf dem Zimmer. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Morgens stehen Tee und Kaffee, sowie ein Fruchtsaftgetrank auf einem Tisch bei der Rezeption frei zur Verfügung. Daneben noch Äpfel und chocolate crossions. Für zwei drei Tage zu empfehlen, Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß. Hbf zu Fuss in 10min zu erreichen. U-Bahn Haltestelle U1 Lohmühle Str in 1 min zu Fuß zuerreichen (1 Station bis Hbf)
