The room was spacious and comfortable. We were shocked to find there was no cooling system. If the weather had been hot, that would have unbearable because the traffic noise prevented us from keeping the window open at night. A room in the back would have been quieter.

Habe nur übernachtet, daher keine Auskunft zum Frühstück möglich. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Es hat erheblichen Renovierungsbedarf. Lampen defekt, Griff der Duschtür mit Klebeband „repariert“. Kaffee und entsprechender Becher wurde in einer Woche nicht aufgefüllt. Alles im Allen ist der Preis von über 100€/Nacht nicht gerechtfertigt.

Es ist sehr schade um das Haus, so ein schönes Objekt, leider aber nichts erforderliches gemacht. Leider lässt der Teppichboden,der sich durch das ganze Haus zieht, sehr zu wünschen übrig, Dadurch wirkt alles sehr schmuddelig. Die Mitarbeiter geben alles um drüber weg zu sehen😊. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit kleinem Balkon, sehr schön. Ein wenig Investition würde dem Hotel gut tun.

Ein liebevolles Hotel, mit einer sehr guten Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Das Personal ist sehr nett, dass Frühstück liebevoll angerichtet, zu einem kleinen Preis. Alles in allem, wenn Hamburg, dann definitiv das Hotel.
