The Space:

The former commercial unit is located in Hamburg Rotherbaum and has been converted into a charming 1-bedroom apartment. The 33 m² apartment is located in the basement and offers enough space for four people. The apartment has a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy living area. This is equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofa elements, which can be converted into single beds.

The Alsterpark offers spacious meadows on the shore, inviting for picnics and boat watching.The subway station Hallerstraße is just a 7-minute walk away. You can reach Hamburg's city center in just 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

Underground station Hallerstraße with access to underground line U1 is just a 3 minute walk to the apartment.



U1 operates to the city center and Hamburg main station.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung

Alles in allem prima. Die Lage ist gut, such was Restaurants etc angeht. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet - einzig ein Badvorleger für warme Füße im Bad wäre schön gewesen. Zugang über Code einfach, online check-in war allerdings zeitraubend. Hilfe kam aber umgehend.

Rotherbaum

Super Service bei Problem im online Check-In (sofort persönlicher Kontakt möglich und prompte Lösung). Leider nicht ganz sauber (viele Haare im Bad auf der Ablage), Geruch im Schlafzimmer (wie umkleide einer Turnhalle) und die Matratzen sind wirklich sehr durchgelegen (eine zum Ausklappen hat ca 5 cm Versatz in der Mitte, das stört sehr). Tolle Lage zwischen Alster, Uni und Dammtor.

Funktionale Wohnung in Top-Lage

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in Rotherbaum mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Den ICE-Bhf Dammtor erreicht man in ca. 5-10 min zu Fuß. Da das Appartement im Souterrain liegt, beschränkt sich die Aussicht auf Schachtfenster, aber wir wollten uns ohnehin vor allem zum Schlafen dort aufhalten. Die Einrichtung ist modern und funktional, der Platz ist gut genutzt. Als wir ankamen, fehlte Bettzeug für die 4. Person, aber das würde nach Beanstandung innerhalb kurzer Zeit nachgeliefert. Insgesamt eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Reisende in die Hansestadt.
